Agreed... It's a huge portal - something like that is not developed overnight!

Seems a similar mindset has been used by all MGS casinos who have avoided telling their partners the facts, with regard to the UK Licensing.

I don't want to hijack the thread but I think it's time affiliates are savvy to what goes on behind closed doors.

All MGS operators are invited (I'm guessing it's a yearly event) to a conference, where it seems they all compare notes. Changes to come out of the last meeting (that I know of) held in Durban (March/April 2013) was 32Red yanking weekend and public holiday withdrawals in July 2013. They claimed it was due to UK banking (that was BS). The real truth, they got worded up in Durban that, 25% of all player withdrawals over weekends & or extended public holidays are reversed.

Point is, this MGS casino group is supposed to be the best of the best BUT even they have now reneged on their commitment and pledges to players. If they and other MGS casinos are happy to stiff players, then they're just as willing to make up stories to stiff affiliates too... just saying.

I can't find it now but I recall seeing 32Red when asked why the delay in telling affiliates about the buyout of GoWild UK players, their excuse... We had to tell our shareholders first.
Seriously, they would have been told well before this.

For the record, I'm just not singling 32Red out here, it seems feeding players and affiliates BS is a common behaviour amongst MGS operators, and their affiliate programs these days.

And even affiliate links redirecting to the portal, at least mine do.
Why do they not redirect affiliate links to any other brand of them and pop up a message that UK players cannot play?

What is the point of them redirecting your UK traffic to another brand that can't accept the player? They would rather the visitor land on that portal page instead and click through to another casino where they will earn an affiliate commission and you won't.

Or will affiliates get credit if players sign up via that portal at the other casinos promoted there?

It's like playground bullies standing over kids, for their lunch money. The other potential "playground bullies" are all watching this. With no accountability and consequences for acting badly, they too start to think it's OK to disrespect, abuse and steal from people. Before too long our playground is akin to running 'Running the Gauntlet'.

We all bitch about it here and elsewhere but nothing changes. We do nothing just roll-over and pull our collective pants down, to be shafted by the next bully!

Asked my AM last week why i was not told about the changes - still waiting for the answer, probably won't ever come..... Starpartner is as cunning as shit house rats, at least they have shown their true colors, i sort have had figured that out anyway with the conversions that have jumped off a cliff the last 6 months.

Sorry, what was the point you are trying to make?
Bet365 have NCO, the other 2 are rogues - I would strongly advise against any affiliates signing up with any of them now.
(I still promote Bet365 myself because I've been with them since 2006, despite a total of 53 months (4.5 YEARS) in the red due to NCO)

We don't.
I asked my Star AM about this and we will not be getting any details - we just have to trust them on it.
