Just received this email .........
We have to remove all from Casino UK within 3 days!? thanks much Starpartner
Yeah what a joke. Casino UK (not much UK about that is there??? WTF)
Not sure what scale is for "rapid growth" in Aus/NZ... The market has been flogged to the death...It was a gold mine when I started pushing it back in 2007. Now it's all but dried up.
Really annoyed about this, I thought they were pushing all the UK traffic there because they were getting a UK license!
Didn't they release a notice not long ago, all UK players should now be pushed to Casino UK and others to Casino-Mate.
What most of these MGS casino groups are doing lately, is uber dodgy.
Yes exactly, they migrated them all to Casino UK a month or two ago.
Thanks for the post Bonus Paradise. I don't think I received their email.
Thanks for the heads up
Our Starpartner UK players are going to Roxy
I didn't get any e-mail about this change
It's a bit stupid, isn't it? What are they going to do, re-name the casino "Casino UK... NOT!"
Casino UK is closing but no starpartner casinos will be accepting UK players, they are all going to Roxy, Am I the only one who promoted Starpartner lol, what does everyone else think about our players going to Roxy Affiliates
It's just what I always said about all of these Villa Seminia 8 casinos... All united under one roof.
Notice the Casino UK website has already been replaced by a portal. So they obviously had this planned for some time.
Casino UK players are also supposed to be transferred to Roxy.
I'm a bit confused, as Roxy appears to be a separate group - and I'm AMAZED they ARE going to be UK licensed, while Star Partner are not.
Maybe something to do with where they are located? Star/VPL seem MUCH MUCH bigger than Roxy to me
It's more than a bit worrying as Roxy Group have performed spectacularly badly for me in the 7 years I've been promoting them
(Average earnings <$12/month and totally $0 for the whole of 2010 and so far in 2014...)
I almost started working with them some weeks ago, due to this news, am glad I didn't add them to my sites.
Casino uk is now a portal - casinouk.com/
And even affiliate links redirecting to the portal, at least mine do.
Why do they not redirect affiliate links to any other brand of them and pop up a message that UK players cannot play?
Or will affiliates get credit if players sign up via that portal at the other casinos promoted there?
I am really very disappointed from Starpartner.
1st they sent us an email letting us know that cinema closes now (We had that already some time ago) and that Casino UK is now ONLY for UK players.
And now a few weeks later, Casino UK is not anymore.............
And we all thought the same thing about FL/Red Flush/Jackpot Factory et al.
Given what's gone on lately with the shuffling of these casinos...
Wouldn't surprise me in the least, if out of the wash, Roxy and Vegas Partner Lounge are also owned by this one entity, since day dot!
It would certainly explain the piles of spam I get, from obvious non affiliates but clearly 3'rd party promotional companies.
Yes I'm eluding to sharing player databases.
This mini portal shows that Starpartner knew about their exit early on but did not want to inform affiliates on time...
