I have been operating in the affiliate business for 7+ years and I have never encountered such intentionally dishonest behaviour as Spins Partners. Our original agreement was to deliver traffic to their Spins Partners brands through AdWords PPC. At the beginning of our partnership they were not only happy with the quality of the traffic that I was sending but they also promptly requested that I send more. I was happy with this but cautionary, in fact, I asked for confirmation that they would like to have more traffic delivered. Both my affiliate manager Cristina A, and her direct manager, kept pushing me for more traffic to be delivered due to its quality. I invested a substantial amount of my capital to Adwords PPC towards their brands. Fast forward a couple of weeks, I attempted to check in on the reason why my payment was behind schedule. Here, Cristina was not replying and also changed her Skype account. This is where things started to look dodgy. I had to go to her colleague, Charlize R, to get a new contact point for Spins Partners. At this point, Cristina got back to me from a different Skype account, together with her direct manager Kathrine A, going straight to a call request as not to leave any allowance for me to screenshot them saying that they do not want to pay me. As a precaution, I informed them that I will be recording the call, and so I did. During the call, I was very surprised as they said that they are intentionally withholding my payment as the traffic was not up to standard. This contrasts heavily with what they had said during our earlier chats. The traffic sent satisfied all the conditions that we had agreed upon prior to the start of the partnership. They are now trying to invalidate these conditions and adding new ones as to not to pay out my pending commission. Also, they have removed commission for players who already triggered CPA and closed their accounts which are not stated in their T&Cs. I never had to make such claims about any of my partners. I understand that this is a very serious accusation and therefore have kept a meticulous record of any proofs required (much more than I have attached here). I am also writing this as they are no longer replying to my contact attempts.

Hi PPCmaster and MissExpose,

Sorry to hear about your experience with spins partners, PPCmaster. I would like to mention here that I have a similar issue with this program. I have pending funds that were never paid. Not trying to steal your thread here, I would just like to mention that if they get back to this thread, I would like to have a word with their management as well.

Sorry to hear this, I hope you two will be able to sort it out!

I'll use this thread to place my opinion about CPA deals: go with revenue share if you plan to stay long-term in the business and if you trust the other party. With RS you won't have player quality discussions.
If you have to go with CPA, then only slowly increase volumes. No need for someone who is already 7 years in the industry to invest a small fortune within a few weeks if he plans to work with the program for many years to come.

Hey Strider1973, thanks for your input and opinion. Re Revenue, share deal it not really ideal when investing loads in Adwords and need to check straight away ROI and Conversion as we can be at a loss if something is not working right.
Its actually was slow only around 45- 50 FTDs were delivered. The plan is a long term always of course, but what works today could not be working in a years time. Thank you guys

Sorry to hear what happened.
My advice for working with new brands/programs that seem fishy is to do a prepayment plan with them.

They pay x-amount of money beforehand for an x-amount of players.
This way there's no f#ck3r@ with the payments. In other words, before I have received the money I won't be sending any traffic
I have been screwed over a few times, but this way I have avoided those scenarios.

Granted, not all the operators are willing to do this and they are almost always questioning if I can send the amount of traffic I'm promising, but that's why I have the data to back it up. ;) At the same time, I don't want to work with every single operator so if they don't want to take my offer, then someone else will :)
I understand that you are doing PPC and I'm doing SEO, but still might be worth trying it out.

Hope you'll get what they owe you. Just my 2 cents on the topic

@PPCmaster, we received an update.
Representatives advised bad traffic was sent and their relevant departments are monitoring everything that was sent so far in order to establish legitimacy. Therefore, payment is being put on hold until all this is being checked.

have proof that they were happy with the traffic and asked me to send them more

We've see programs pull the same stunts, before. Program states traffic is excellent, and requests more. Affiliate sends more traffic, but when it comes to pay, program then back-flips, stating traffic was crap and or incentivised.

GoWild are closing their operation down. It seems like this was a last minute money grab. I'm sure if the truth be known, the OP was in a long line of affiliates contacted by SpinPartners, who, fed every single one of these affiliates, the same story. And, each one (1) of these affiliates are now in the same boat as the OP... Shafted!

I'm not sure we're talking about the same Spins Partners here - but I am confused! o_O

In another thread about Spins Partners, the OP mentions 2 casinos I've never heard of, who appear to NOT be part of the "Go Wild Spins Partners" portfolio...

I visited Spin Madness casino - but could not find any link to an affy program, though they obviously do have one as they are listed on multiple affy sites, like Ask Gamblers.

Things that make you go hmmmm... ;)
