@CasinoCommunityForum Can you please confirm you received the payment?
I sure hope it's not the case here, BUT having witnessed similar events in the past 20 years as a casino affiliate, I fear that Soft2Bet will claim Pegasus is at fault, while Pegasus will claim it's Soft2Bet.
This issue was first raised here on the 7'th Oct 2020. It's now the27'th Oct 2020, and still the Bullshit continues, and the OP (and others) have still not been paid. Who ever is responsible for paying these folks, just pay them, hey
CasinoCommunityForum confirmed via PM (on the 16th of October) they received partial payment. After that, we contacted the affiliates (Soft2Bet) once more to see about the remaining amount, and they confirmed the member was paid.
We need the member to confirm they received the full amount.
We will not continue operations with Soft2bet and shut down Gransino.com. We have signed an White Label agreement with Soft2bet back in March 2020 and went Online July 2020. We have not received any Backoffice Access to our own Operation up to today and also have received absolutely no money from them up to this date. And since the beginning Soft2bet didn't pay the Affiliates in time. Affiliates payments was executed over Sentoka Limited (what is a Soft2bet Company in Gibraltar) and not from us. Most September Payments was again executed in the last couple of days, what is 1 month delay. Same like with August Payments. This is absolutely not acceptable for us and we just wanted to make this clear hear and wanted to say sorry to all the affiliates involved.
Since we had some issues with Sentoka Limited (Soft2bet) from another program than Pegasus, we can relate to what's above. We promote all casinos from this company and we got the payment after 2 months (from the other program).
Soft2Bet used to pay always in time as far as we know. We that in mind we would say that they have some issues regarding payments but they seem to roll once again.
Hope everyone to get their payments here.
We are also still waiting for our fixed fee from september month. Pegasus guy tell me it’s Soft2bet fault and when I read them comments here, than iam getting worried.

We received the following update from the Soft2Bet representatives:
We would like to officially inform you that the following few months of being the whitelabel supplier of Pegasus Affiliates, we have taken the decision to terminate our relationship.
This decision has been based on the consistent inability of Pegasus Affiliates to pay any of its invoices due to us, regardless of their contractual obligations.
As a result, we have been forced to switch off new registrations on the Gransino.com brand, as well as take over the remaining customer accounts, affiliate invoices due, etc.
As a reputable provider and operator in the gaming space, we have taken all commitments necessary to both customers and affiliates. Going forward, please send all your invoices and payment requests to firstname.lastname@example.org, so they can be properly addressed and paid.
Please note that any communication sent to Pegasus Affiliates does not reach us and we have no legal relationship with them.

We told Soft2bet that we would not make any payments until they fulfilled our contract. We were promised software with full access to the back office. According to the contract, the back office should be handed over to us before the launch in July. Then every two weeks another excuse came up. The first excuse was that we had to rewrite the back office, otherwise we would have access to all Soft2bet brands. Then the programmer was sick and the DoD was postponed again. We have not received access to our own casino to date and Soft2bet wanted money from us at the end of October or the casino will be closed. We then decided that we had 0 trust in Soft2bet, after the affiliates were also paid 3-4 weeks late every month. In addition, we were given a P&L every month, which was then changed countless times and again and again to our disadvantage, without us having any insight into the numbers. The email reports we received from Soft2bet were also incorrect. When I asked Soft2bet 2 times about strange numbers that I couldn't understand, they were then adjusted again and again by magic. On this basis it was not possible for us to continue the business relationship.
In addition, it was actually said that Gransino will be closed on 11/11/2020 because our contract was terminated on that day. But what did you do, only closed the registration several days later and to this day, of course, you are still happy to accept the money from the already registered players.
We want to clarify again that we have gotten no money out of Gransino and we lost our Setup Fee including 8 months of hard work.

Can't understand what's going on here. How can a casino pay it's affiliates if they don't have access to the money coming by players? I'm i missing something?

And this? There was no contract at all? Whitelabel just on words?
I also forget to say we signed contract in middle of March and was supposed to go live 3 months later, middle of June. This also got delayed and we went LIVE end of July.
@Alchemist: Yes we signed a contract but Soft2bet promised us a Software with full access over our product and we never got this. We had no access to anything: we couldn't run reports, no customer data, no payment data, all we got was some Email Report and a P&L ones a month. And all was change couple times and how should be make sure the numbers were legitimate. How should we run a prober Casino Operation without tools to run Reports to improve operations.
Regarding money and affiliate payments. It all was done by Soft2bet and there different companies. And at the end after all cost, we was supposed to get our share of the cake.
@BetOnlineUK: we had this problem from the first month with affiliate payments. A lot affiliates told me even that Soft2bet started paying late other Brands beginning September Commissions.

OK will update you. So far write an email yesterday and one today and didn’t even get an answer from them. So let’s see how this will end.
Ok for info got somebody and we trying to fix it now.
They ask for us to talk directly to them, but how is it possible when they never answer their emails?
Now they closed Pegasus, we can’t see our commission earned and we are still waiting for payment oct/nov + our arranged flat fee. Our expenses with the flat fee is even way higher then the FF but we thought we’d make it back from promotion but they shut down?
Now they don’t answer emails before several days and we’re all fed up. Pay your affiliates, close the whole damn operation and don’t do the same mistake again! It seems you forgot the fact that affiliates are your best buisiness partner soft2bet!!
@CasinoCommunityForum Have you received the remaining amount from the last time? You need to send an email to the email@example.com as representatives advised for all invoices and payment requests.
We recived payment for first two months, and got reach of soft2bet today and they have told us that they will settle it ASAP. I will let you all know if it’s done and hopefully it will be quick.
