Hello,
We had a really bad and expensive experience with QV Aff's on February. At the time I had no idea what to do about it, but just had a chat with one of my trusted affiliate managers and he told me to come forward with it - maybe we can save some time and money from other affiliates. So here it is, in it's all glory:
We were just started our website, including some Twitch streamers under our brand. We were not so good on SEO at the time, so we tought we can get a nice boost for the site on Twitch. New site, so what would be better way to get attention than a nice PS5 raffle among our streamers?
I had a chat about it with multiple casino brands, but Queen Vegas was very interested about it and we chose to do it with them. The deal was that every player who will deposit 20€ during that month will earn a ticket to raffle. PS5 was the main prize, but there was also some free spins and our hoodies for 10 players total.
We were under a hybrid deal, so I double checked if it's ok regarding the CPA payments for only 20€ depos - no problem they said. I asked them to sign an agreement about it, but they did refuse it. They said that they have done similar thing with other streamers and never had any problems. Mistake from us to believe that.
Anyhow, we started to promote the raffle on our website and on Twitch by our streamers - as agreed, we promoted it in a way ''deposit 20€ to win a PS5''. I think we got like 50 FTD's (most of them 20€, but few was bigger) and then I got an message that all players will be refused due to CPA fraud. They said that we have bought players to do 20€ depos to earn easy CPA. Pure scam they said, as there were no player activity after that first deposit.
Well, no shit if they just wanted to win a PS5.
Anyway, we did not receive a single euro from them, and I got blocked on Skype when I tried to solve things. And we did not get the PS5 either. We had an agreement with our streamers that they will earn 80% from the money we will get from that hybrid deal during the raffle, so we had to pay them from our own money. Everyone can propably count how much CPA from 50 FTD's costs approximately.
So yeah, be carefully with them and always make a signed agreement.
I have still all the Skype messages, so if anyone is interested to hear more or see some proof, feel free to PM.
