Hey everyone,

Just wanted to check if anyone else has run into issues with RobyCasino (Roby Partners) regarding affiliate payments.

Everything was running normally, but out of nowhere they told me they only pay if NGR is positive, even though this was never mentioned when we started working together and it’s not something we agreed on beforehand. I tried asking for clarification, but haven’t really gotten a clear explanation on why this rule is suddenly being applied now.

Has anyone experienced something similar with them?

Appreciate any info.

What do you mean? If NGR is negative, also the revenue share is negative. are you on a CPA deal maybe?

This is a CPA deal, not rev share.

The players are actually in positive NGR already, and there are still active depositing players. The issue is that the NGR apparently hasn’t reached the amount of the CPA commission yet, so they’re refusing to pay until the players lose more.

My point is that player results are completely outside of my control as an affiliate. I delivered active players as agreed, so suddenly adding this kind of condition afterwards doesn’t really make sense to me, especially since it was never clearly explained beforehand.

CPA is triggered with deposit, not NGR. What is your baseline? If your player deposited more than the baseline it should be paid. But let me ask the guys there at Roby

After today’s discussions with them, the situation honestly became even more concerning.

At first, I was told payment is being delayed because they need to “see the evolution of players” and that they only want to pay once they feel comfortable with the player value over time. However, this directly contradicts what was said earlier in this thread regarding CPA being triggered by deposits and not by long-term NGR performance.

Today they also told me things like:

“the less you talk to me the more ready I’ll be to pay you” and “you keep begging me every day when I clearly told you we need time to see the evolution of players”

This is exactly the problem. The deal was never presented to me as:
  • “we pay only when we feel like the players stayed long enough”
  • “we pay only once NGR reaches some internal comfort level”
  • or “we delay payment indefinitely until we decide otherwise”
The agreement was CPA-based, not an open-ended “maybe later” arrangement. The players are active, depositing. Despite that, payment keeps getting pushed forward with changing explanations.
