Rival Suspensions/Bannings - Thoughts?

Ruby Royal 309 players/ band 1/ susp 4/ deac 0

1 band = Player charged back and had multiple accounts.

2 suspended - Large number of linked and multiple accounts. Large instances of players signing up just for the free chip.

1 suspended - Player requested that account be closed

1 suspended - Multiple linked accounts, player also entered incorrect password upon logging in, happened 6 times, must have got confused on which multiple account they were logging into :)

Anyone else need an audit please shout

So does the 'band' indicate to us there was a chargeback?

What does 'Deac' mean?

Thanks Derek for coming in but you have nothing to prove your doing a great job your numbers are the proof of that!

Yes, generally "band" is a chargeback. I believe Canadian customers are also marked as band but i could be wrong (Canada was before our time).

"Deac" means deactivated. I'm not 100% sure what this actually means, i see Nicolas from Regal also commented on it in an earlier thread, saying he would find out what it means.. i will do the same..

Dear Affiliate,
We have performed an extensive review of the security system and have made some significant changes. Simon Says Casino will now perform and maintain its own security system based on manual reviews. There will still be some automatic bans for locally linked accounts and system wide chargebacks. A players bonus eligiblity status will no longer be linked to their status at other Rival casinos.
We are also reviewing previous player accounts and updating their eligiblity status as we go through the database. Players prior to this change will be made aware by email of their new promotional eligiblity.

Our new Rival Casino product

Hello,
I'll start by saying that I am far better versed in the goings on of the sportsbook affiliate world since it's our bread, butter, peanut butter and jam!

Since we haven't had a download casino product to offer affiliates I have focused almost exclusively on football and other key sports/events but eagerly anticipated the addition of a new Rival casino for our affiliate program.

Last night I noticed this thread unfolding and got a pouty lower lip. :emoticon-0106-cryin I want our new Casino to enhance what we currently offer affiliates and not produce unfavorable results or generate a negative buzz.

Pppfew...I was happy to learn today that we do not use Rival fraud services or processing and employ all the same Risk and Fraud procedures/measures as our main brand.

Furthermore for any of our products, a member of our affiliate team can let affiliates know the reason for suspended accounts (Dupes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, stinkin' Canadians etc) anytime they wish to know.

I wanted to give a huge kudos to Paradise8 and Cocoa Casinos who went through and manually audited all my players for me and they were able to re activate quite a few and I mean quite a few! They were very grateful this thread started and will not be using the standard Rival banning system any longer! Thanks guys that really makes me happy and I will be sure to continue to give you great exposure :)

Complete Audit going down!

Hi everyone,

As Bonustreak mentioned above, Paradise8 and Cocoa are not using the standard Rival banning system any more and we are now doing our own. Being some of the oldest Rival casinos, we are going through the process of doing a complete audit of all suspended, banned and deactivated player accounts at Paradise8 and Cocoa. So far we've unlocked over 4000 accounts and there will be more to come.

Also, thanks to Guard Dog for starting this thread :).

Something is happening for the good!

I have been bonus banned at quite a few Rivals for no good reason, IMO.

I had some bans reversed after contacting my affiliate managers and some not reversed after contacting the casino managers. They told me.....sorry, you're SOL.

Just yesterday I received an email from Simon Says (one of my banned Rivals that would not reverse their decision) stating that I had a bonus in my account and lo and behold I did! (Thank you Simons!) I received and email from Paradise8 (banned) stating I had bonuses waiting in my account, which I did.

This got me reinstalling a couple of other Rivals that I uninstalled because of the ban and found that I had bonuses in my accounts from casinos that did not notify me.

So, in my opinion, I think things are changing for the better!

But how are our players going to know that this is happening as far as accounts being unlocked? If they did what I did and uninstalled their casinos, they may never go back into their accounts.

I think a campaign from the Rival casinos (that are unlocking accounts) needs to be implemented to contact all the players and let them know that this has happened.


ps - I never received the email from Kendra either.

Your very welcome and this has been coming for a long time now and I am happy it is producing great results from new and old operators. 4000 re opened that is HUGE and the money that was being lost had to be massive!!

Holland they will be mailing players to notify them of the account being unlocked from what I am told.

Bonus is on a Streak!! :p. Lol.... You hit it on the nose again! We'll be sending out emails to all the unlocked accounts for sure and notifying them of the news.

Hopefully we all start noticing the changes soon.
