Online Casino Restrictions to be Extended in Sweden

The first measures were in place from July last year and were originally intended to last through the end of 2021. Swedish lawmakers extended them several times since the summer of 2020.
Swedish government is now considering a proposal to extend previously implemented restrictions on the countries online gambling industry. If the lawmakers approve the extension, its provisions will be valid through November 14, 2021.
