no reply from mainstreet affiliates

Hi guys,

I emailed them twice (8 and then 4 days ago) at affiliatesteam at mainstreetca dot com but got no reply.
I've been an affiliate for like 8 years now and they always replied me promptly.

Does anyone know what is going on there?
