N1 Casino with questionable rules

Sorry but i have to say that N1 casino has rules that no one really understand.

Example: you are a customer of N1 casino and your datas are showing into your profile. Now you have new address details because of moving.
Or you get a new e-mail address, because the old one don't exist anymore.

Now you want to have these details change but it's not possible.

Why ? You can't change datas by yourself!
If you want to have it changed by support you are also not lucky, because the answer is, we can't!

So, what should a customer do now ? Open a new account which is not allowed ?

But if you are forced to open a new account you will lost also your status/level, all.

Close the old one and then open a new one ? I believe the old datas still remain at the backend and the customer maybe will get new problems if he is trying to register a new accont.

This can't be normal that there are no possibilities to change an easy thing like an e-mail address.

You can login with old datas but you will not get information because you have no more access to the old e-mail address.

Support isn't a help regarding these problems and i ask myself why it's so complicated to change easy things.

Option is that you will ask for the prove of old address (which is shown in profile and on verification)
the prove of the new address
and the reason why the address should be changed

The reason why i want to have it changed ?

Sometimes one move his address or e-mail!

But N1 makes it very complicate to rate this casino as customer friendly and transparency.

The affiliate managers can't really help but i only want to say if you promote N1 and the customers will experiences such problems it is not beneficial. The user will search for another casino, where are no problems like this.

To be fair, I have to say, that I was almost the first person obviously, looking at the video some minutes ago, because there was 1 view, now two, because I watched it, if the counter is right ... because there are already more than 160 (self-made?) likes.

Perhaps there is something wrong with my Cold War era computer, so I cannot see all the likes.

However, the problem with all these Eastern Europe casinos is, they never cared about any players. If they don't want to change your personal details on your request, then they don't want to pay you out. They will not let you change your details and later they refuse to pay out because of false data. This is the new Russian scam in the industry.

I had the same experience with a Russian casino - cannot remember the name -, where I opened an account and had a typo in the street address, and the so called "customer support" refused to fix it and became very angry after I insisted to fix it because of correct data. I was ready to give them evidence of the typo, but they refused to change it.

In addition, the form was intentionally made the way, that errors occurs.

This is the new scheme.

Hi Leopold, that's exactly the problem for the customers. No help and questionable options to solve. How i already mentioned, this is one of the worst support for customers i ever experienced in my years.

This problem is not my own because a girl friend has a problem with. She told me that she has uploaded her id card with the new address to prove. But she told me also that she has no fun to play further at N1 if one get such problems.

Customers will give up in exasperation. The consequence is that customers are searching for better casinos.

What does it mean ? Never change your e-mail address or home address if you are verified with. :rolleyes:

Maybe this case was only a snapshot to report about bad support, i don't know.

But if this is the first contact and you require help from support and experience such things, then we must speak from bad support. Good support is an important thing for casinos and customers.

I'll be honest because we promote N1 but seems that we must also mention and report about bad support.

Very sad that this company has a structure like this.

Looks like dirty game/scam form competitors.

I've working with SoftSwiss more than 6 years, worked as an affiliate and now as a partner.

Also, SoftSwiss don't owner their own casino, they provide a Solution, in this Video i see owners of N1 and they don't connected to SoftSwiss for example, Ivan Montik - owner of SoftSwiss and not N1, also known him for many years.

N1 Capital Ltd. is a holding company incorporated with partner from Germany to operate own operational projects and serve German clients. N1 Interactive Ltd. is a trading company that holds class 1on4 gaming license.

N1 Casino.... hmmmm... Seems odd that CEO of Softswiss (Ivan Montik) would be directly connected with N1 Capital/N1 Interactive, if SwissSoft is not. Maybe this is his side-project ;)

Yes, looks like N1 Casino - is project of Ivan, who is owner of SoftSwiss. For me as a partner this looks not good. If you have b2b company u should focus on b2b business, not no make a your own casino

So i don't know really what's true or not. I only know that there are much sub companies and corporate networks. And none will really indentify it.

Maybe Leopold has more informations to these entanglements.

SoftSwiss provide various solution for casino setup, for example WL.

They have a lot of casino working with their service, my casinos (DLX,SURF,TTR) as well working with SS platform already 5 years and don't have any serious problem with them, actually they one or the best on market.
Think someone competitor want's to take out them form some markets?

If you change home adress - should be no problem to change it, mb it's problem of the support. But e-mail adress u can't change - cuz they use it like a main KEY in database, u just can open a new acc and close old one if you want to change email adress or lost t.

This is the technical issue, they can't change email, like any casino using SS platform. But good one will transfer your vip lvl and points, in my own casino we do this without any problem and they also can do it (if they want)

Support is slow because of robotic questions and answers before. If you can reach real agent you will get only standard answers.
So it's no need to offer any support there.

I agree with you, but some of casinos has different support, for example i have my team for support and they don't connected to common SS support

If you need any help with their support - u can write me directly and i transfer this info into top manager team of N1
