Hello,

Promoted them for couple months brought 10 players. Received the payment for 6 players. Last month i brought 4 players. Now they don't want to pay.

The reason is simple: we don't like value so we won't pay.
Like at restaurant if you ordered the meal and didn't like it you don't have to pay.

I think with this affiliate policy mrbet partners should be moved to rogue casino section.

Don't know why but i can't post the screenshot of our conversation.

That's not really a surprise for me. If they mention bad traffic then there must be a reason. If your customers only deposit the minimum and don't play or isn't active can be the reason to decide not to pay.

If you will earn let's say 100-200 CPA and there is no activity showing from your customers, it does not pay off for MrBet Partners.
My advice is to switch to hybrid or if not possible to revshare.

To close this partnership because of not paying and search for other programs which pay you CPA, you will get the same problems if they indentify no activity.

I would be happy to continue on revenue share or hybrid but the problem is not here. I understand that the deal could be changed if the value doesn't look profitible for casino. As well as the deal could be changed to higher rate if the traffic is very good quality.
But you cannot change the deal to retrospective date.

If things would work this way where would be the point of hybrid, revenue or cpa models?

Lets take an example. What if i brought a player who deposited and lost 10000$ last month?
I would get for him 100-200 CPA and not a penny more because we had agreement for CPA.
Or did i have a right to ask to change the deal retrospective to RS 50% and ask for them to pay me 5000$ instead of 100-200 CPA for him?

That's how mrbet partners acts now. And i think this behaviour looks really dodgy.

Sorry i still have not understand correct what the problem is.

You have decided to be on CPA with the risk that you get a player like this you mentioned. If you suspect before then you wouldn't choose CPA deal.

If you really got a high roller on your deal then it's bad luck and you can do nothing.

That's the rizk if you are on CPA. But if you are going to revshare the player would be also not count for you because you brought on CPA.

So why you can't stop CPA and to change to revshare for next month/year ?

The company don't want or what is the problem ?

But i agree that MrBet should pay outstanding CPA if you change to revshare and further work together.

Can someone please provide me with the link to their affiliate terms?

I am asking, because for me there are still only the player terms on their affiliate websites, which makes any contract from the legal point of view void and invalid, because new affiliates are accepting and so signing player terms.

Perhaps they not even have affiliate terms or don't want to show them or my computer is too old or I am just too stupid to find them.

So please provide me with the link to the affiliate terms. That would be very nice.

@Frenzie We received an email from affiliates, they said that traffic sent was bad and there is no activity from customers. They advised you about the quality of the traffic from September, and August and October invoices were covered. They received 4 FTDs from players sent and one repeat deposits.

@Roulette Zeitung We asked the affiliates to send us the link for Affiliate T&C's and haven't received a response. We just sent them one more email.

@MissExposé
Here i will give you more details:
I started to promote them in August and received 3 players. 1 of them made second deposit.
After 3 players my manager said that is very bad traffic because only one of 3 players made second deposit. She decided about the quality of traffic from 3 players but i got paid.
In September i haven't received any new depositors so there was no invoice to be covered.
In October i received 3 players again and manager asked to send more traffic. There was no complaints about traffic then. I got paid.
In November i received 4 players and the rest you already know. I haven't received the payment for November yet.
So from 10 players 3 of them there returning players. Maybe the value was not great but you can see the pattern here.
Because i don't think it's normal not to pay outstanding payment because you didn't like the value.

@Frenzie Affiliates confirmed they will not pay the commission as they are not satisfied with the quality of the traffic. We will mark the complaint as unresolved.

@Roulette Zeitung representatives advised that affiliate T&C's are not available for now, they are still working on them.

Are you an affiliate or do you work for an operator? Affiliates' business is to choose who to send traffic to and charge money for it. Are you seriously saying that its completely OK to not get paid after you have already provided your services and a deal has been agreed on? Maybe the operator shouldn't offer CPA deals to affiliates whose traffic value they don't know? On top of this, you would actually agree to some low revshare and send MORE traffic when you didn't get paid for the previous batch?

No wonder affiliates get shafted if people just bend over.

But this program is accepting affiliates, and making CPA deal etc., etc. All without having affiliate T&C's

Predatory section or otherwise, how is the joint even AGD certified???!!!

No other place for (yet another) affiliate program clip joint like this:
