Due to these terms:
MEMBER INACTIVITY The Member Inactivity means a period without new Players' Deposits (i.e. first registration of an end-user in one of the Sites which is followed by a deposit).Your Revenue Commission will decrease to a rate of 15% following a 3 month period of Inactivity.
The term of this Agreement will begin when you download a banner and link it to our site or the Merchant%u2019s Site(s) and will be continuous unless and until either party notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate the Agreement, in which case this Agreement may be terminated immediately. TERMINATION IS AT WILL, FOR ANY REASON, BY EITHER PARTY.
