After rebrand from 400 to AffDynasty we checked the terms and they still warrant being in predatory due to these terms:

Minimum Activity Rule
5. Commissionable earnings will be earned for the life of the customer, on all transactions the customer undertakes at the merchant, for as long as the affiliate remains an active member of this affiliate program. Management reserves the right to lower the affiliate's commission percentage to no less than 20% should the affiliate stop promoting and sending new traffic to Aff Dynasty brand(s) in a period of 18 months or more.

Well I have said this before about other programs and I will say it again.
If you are NOT promoting their brands at all, then personally I think it's fair that they reduce your commission.
In this particular case 18 months is a VERY long time!
I don't think any program should be flagged as predatory for this term.
I know very few other affs will agree with me - but there you go.

What REALLY SUCKS is when an operator you have been faithfully promoting continuously for years reduces your RS % without discussion.
This has happened to me many times - including just last month.
Now THAT is a real kick in the balls!

Yes, I dont agree with your point of view KasinoKing, if you negotiate a deal with a brand and they retro actively change a deal, if you are promoting them or not, it is still unethical and also, not part of the initial deal you made. They can however decide to lower your % on NEW players, but the old players you have sent, should remain under the deal you negotiated from the start.

Thanks for checking the terms. We will remove this clause. This particular clause was copied from other brands currently NOT in the predatory list, so we're not sure why it is only predatory for us.
We had this term at my last program, but I know for sure it was never enacted.
