After discussions with TotoGaming they have removed this predatory term:

And changed the first tier of the revenue share from:

10 - 20 PLAYER
0 - 5 000 NGR 20% -
5 001 - 20 000NGR 25% -
20 001 - 50 000 NGR 30%-
50 001+ 35%

to

0 - 20 PLAYER
0 - 5 000 NGR 20% -
5 001 - 20 000NGR 25% -
20 001 - 50 000 NGR 30%-
50 001+ 35%

We are now able to certify the program as friendly with a low revenue share warning due to the revenue share starting below 25%.

Curious about low revenue share warnings - do you only look at the minimum, or also the other ladder steps? I think this ladder looks fairly insulting in each step. If I'm able to send enough traffic to get 50k NGR somewhere, its not gonna happen on a measly 35% net revenue share.
