Looking for Insights: What Do Affiliates Consider Fair or Unfair in T&Cs?

Hey everyone

I'm currently drafting an Affiliate Terms and Conditions document for a new project, and I want to make sure we're doing things right. I'm especially interested in understanding what affiliates generally consider fair, and what terms tend to raise red flags or frustrations.

If you're an affiliate or have experience in the space, I'd really appreciate your thoughts. What do you like to see in a partnership agreement? What makes you walk away?

I'm also open to discussions if you'd like to dive into the details together.

What I like to see in TC:
- % of admin fee
- How NGR is calculated
- Min. threshold for payment

Red flags:
- any minimum quotas of FTDs or active players needed for account to stay active and commission to be paid out
- high admin fee
- no transparent data such as hiding withdrawals in reports and other data which allows us to calculate earnings ( that can not be seen in TC but anyway)

What makes me walk away:

- KYC: affiliates are not customers
- Minimum Quotas as @CasinoDotReview mentioned
- Retroactively changed terms
- Manipulated numbers (inside the platform)

What makes me stay:

- If i don't have to contact the affiliate manager for ANY reason other than saying hi!
