Please who can help me...

Since 2 months, I do promote a new casino, deal 40%.

october total deposit amount 80.000 euro --> 1200 euro at the end after all cost for me
november total deposit amount 180.000 euro ---> 3000 euro at the end after all cost for me

That's 1.5% of total deposit. I know this are only 2 months and you take to many conclusions but isn't that not very low?

In daily stats every day 7000-10000 is deposited and the earnings are onlye between -300 en 300 every day. Isn't that weird? I mean with depositing 10.000 a day you might think the result will be +- thousand(s).

Or am i wrong?

What casino do you send them to?
Maybe send those players somewhere else. I mean 260k deposited in 2 months you should be seeing 80-100k

Off course not. Players win, loose, admin cost, bonus cost, tax. I get 40% commission. So i need to know would be a reasonable expectation if people do deposit 260.000 in 2 months. I have to say that website is a casino and bookmaker as well. Maybe most people (i can't check) do bet on sports and that is less profitable for me then people who do gamble in online casino.

You sending 260,000 in 2 months means youre not a new affiliate. with those amounts i would expect at a minimum 75,000

I get 40% commission.

That means nothing these days.

EG - The videolsots.com affiliate program pays 40% RS but by the time ALL their GGR deductions come out, the poor affiliate is earning 5.5% commission.

It seems (from what you've posted) this affiliate program is scamming you sideways, then some. AGD members are happy to provide help but if you wont post who this dodgy program is, then no point posting.

I can show you this month daily deposit amount and the net earnings for me. My question is if this are normal values. I have to say it can be most people are betting sports although they can also play online casino there.

The best thing would be to name the casino so that people who're working with them would share their experiences.

It is a new casino so that would not help. Have a look to the daily stats / percentages. In my opinion it is strange. All earnings are very close to zero while deposit amount is thousands. Can i visit a website where i can find stats about what is average expected earnings?

I have some sort of wain memory, that in some stats I have had huge numbers in deposits and when I asked the casino, it was actually turnover *bets* amounts shown as deposits. It can be that that's the case with your stats as well?!

Do you have some columns showing any other numbers rather than just "deposits" and earnings ?

To be honest, these stats look very suspicious. Mostly because when people are depositing this type of volume, seeing a similar pattern each and every session is very alarming. Not a single session upwards of 1k...

Did you ask them to clarify how this is possible? Not much else you can do other than mentioning which program you work with here and removing them until you have some anwers.

No there is only a column new depositors and total deposits. I can see another page with stats 'total bets this months'. It is 1.500.000 euro.

So,
- 200 000€ in deposits
- 1.5 milj in bets
Thouse seems to be all right but your commissions do not match at all in this case.

You cud send me the name of the program in private message, i promice not to publish it and would gladly try to check out their terms etc. a bit if you want!?

I did ask. They say one or more big spenders are playing and don't win and loose much. It should be better next month they say. They say a new / better affiliate system will be introduced soon. So what can i do? Does a casino to be transparent about stats which i can't see at the moment?

Thanks for you help! The name of the affiliate software is not shown there. I can ask them. If i ask they will think i am investigating and this is not good for relationsship. But also isn't this something they have to communicate? Sorry i am doubting :)

If you use inspection tool while logged in to the affiliate account, and check for sources - you cud see the name of the affiliate platform if it is some general. Just hover over stats, use Chrome/Edge inspection tool and check sources for js, images or other stuff.

If they are going to move to some other platform, my quess is they have their own affiliate platform.
