Big improvements so I feel I am obliged to write an update on this forum on the situation with Earn Affiliates. As I wrote in my last thread they used to have a problem paying in reasonable time last year. However the last few months has been perfect. Payment on time with no delay, even earlier than expected. Also, their main casino (ComeOn) is converting great and players tend to stay and play more and more. Credit where credit is due. If they keep this up I can recommend.

Yes, early last year it was a very unhappy camp at Earn. I don't know why that was, but the reps at LAC seemed totally disinterested in anything. :(
But since about mid-2016 things have picked up and they now have a great AM in Martin C ;)

Payments are still very slow (I'm still waiting for December's) and they need a MUCH better welcome bonus, but otherwise a pretty good operator.

We really do understand the frustration of delayed payments, and although sometimes out of our control, we have taken multiple steps over the last few months to rectify this situation. We are really happy that this is now paying off.

Hi Biti

The Dutch government may fine an affiliate who is promoting a brand who does not have a dutch gaming license. This is one of the reasons why we have asked all our affiliates to stop promoting our brands in Dutch and on .nl sites until further notice.

Emails I've received from brands like 888 are saying something really different. I suppose you know what kind of emails 888 and other brands are sending to their affiliates?

Are we to be using the Cherry affiliate tags now or do you redirect the old banners for us?

For the time being the two programmes are separate and so no meed to change links etc. (Please also see comment further down)

Yes, I have seen some of the emails. Brands are informing affiliate according to their terms etc, so I recommend that you follow the information given by each brand to avoid any problems.

I don't recall any connection between Cherry and Earn affiliates (Come On Casino)... :confused:
Am I missing something?

Yes, it's very exciting news and we are planning on merging the program however it's a massive undertaking as we want to do it right. Further information will be sent out by e-mail, but you are also welcome to drop by our stand C5 at LAC to discuss further.

They are not informing according to their terms. They are affording because it seem some people are facing problems. For example the mail I have received from 888:

Further to our e-mail of 26 December 2016, please be informed that the Dutch Gaming Authority ("KSA") seem to be investigating affiliates which have been providing services to remote gambling operators who have received a fine from the Gaming Authority for providing unlicensed games of chance in the Netherlands (and who did so in breach of the prioritization criteria). Such affiliates may receive notices demanding that they cease providing their services to all remote gambling operators in the Netherlands (which goes beyond just fined operators), subject to a penalty payment should they fail to do so.

We therefore kindly ask you to cease providing services to those operators who have been fined by the Gaming Authority and to remove any promotional material, content or references in the broadest sense to such sanctioned operators. Yes, what they are informing affiliates about is correct and unfortunately, as you can see from the list co-gaming is on there. This is also one of the reasons why we have asked our partners to remove all content related to our brands until further notice.

The Netherlands is an important market for us and all partners, so we are working on getting a license. When we have more information about this, then an email will be sent out to all our partners.

Hmmm... yes I'd better go to Skype.
It is POSSIBLE you paid me & I didn't notice as I was also playing at Come On this month off a Neteller deposit I made at the start of the month.
But there is absolutely no way for me to check as there is no history of these transactions within the casino, or even any play history = very unusual for a NetEnt based casino.
Also the back-end says it was paid on the 17th - 4 days later than what you said above.
Further investigation required...

The commission was paid out on the date I mentioned. However, there was a small delay with closing the month which is why you seeing it as paid out on the 17th in your affiliate account.

I can also confirm that you played the earnings in the casino. Please get in touch with me on skype or contact our support if you can't see the transaction history of the earnings being deposited into your account and that you played the funds.
