Agree, its enough to run a website + to live. Yes, in some point it will be not enough to fight the competition, but its a decent money in lots of countries.

You are incorrect. With my own eyes I have seen whales deposit 500k-1,000,000 USD per year onto casino websites. Given a decent commission structure and assuming they don't run hot for an entire year, the profits would be quite large. Larger than $150k/year for a single customer.

Some affiliates out there have all the luck catching players like this! Not me, but I have seen it

While 150k per year is not that big deal, earning 150k is a difficult goal but not out of the world.

It's becoming increasingly difficult to make a decent living. SOW and regulations is slowly killing the industry. Take Slotsmillion for example, requiring SOW at a £300 dep limit. Probably most customers leave at that point. It's incredably rare with whales and highrollers these days. In all honesty, a lot of those players were in fact connected to money laundering and crime. On top of that, we're probably getting more shafted than ever.

I think the affiliate industry needs a completely new market to open its doors be it some non regulated off shore market, China or the US. Western Europe is nothing of what it once was.

It became more difficult and all the regulations make it worse. Now also Germany will start to regulate all that is connected to online gambling. They even want to set up deposit limits of a maximum of 1.000€ a month to protect people.....

I was looking at the stocks last night. Catena Media stocks you can soon wipe your ass with lol. NetEnt, Kindred, LeoVegas - they have all fallen drastically over the past year. I was hoping that increased regulation would sort things out and make this industry better, but all that's really happened is that governments are slowly strangling it to its death. We all know people won't stop gambling, so the result is likely to be a shift towards unregulated underground gambling. Exactly the opposite of what the governments intended. You can't completely control the internet and people's freedom of spending their own money on what they want - unless you're some totalitarian regime.

Yeah, it's absolutely possible but obviously very difficult these days due to regulations and SOW and whatnot. 3+ years ago during the golden era, there were plenty of people making crazy money. Some of them are now owners of the largest online casinos on the market. I know for a fact

I no longer touch regulated markets. Unless your a super affiliate, your earnings will amount to sweet FA. When AU became a hotspot, $150K+ per month, wasn't unheard of. (And no it was me who added that sum). Agree, it's a lot harder to make that coin these days. However, it's still possible if your a SMART pirate
