its like a never ending cycle.

after already waiting months with excuses at other casinos they all seem to come back with the same answer.

that answer being your affiliate manager has left or is leaving us then passing the buck on to the so called new one.

this time genesis affiliates put a twist i have not heard of yet. and although the brand new A.M is probably correct to say this lol.

the payments team do not update us as to why the payments have not been made and that it is probably a good idea not to send us any more traffic.

so again i say he was right.

but does this mean that the accounts team have a right not to pay entirely or delay them without reason?

i think this is unfair especially when theyre sending my current members emails asking them to take a deposit bonus?
how can the players expect the casino to pay if its counterpart doesnt pay the people that lead them there in the first place?
no wonder the entities are completely separate as this kind of behaviour is surely not covered by the MGA?

bottom line. genesis affiliates owe money and after reading other posts i am so guessing that i/we are not the only ones.

they were bragging not to long ago about getting more brands added. they musnt be very good at business to have so many brands under them but still not have enough money to pay everyone. no wonder the investor ran for it

Haven't you removed them already? Absolutely no point in listing or promoting these scumbags. You'll just be throwing your FTD's in the garbage.

heres the update "As I mentioned I think before. The reason Malta asked you to contact me is because I can update you when I will have news about affiliate payments. I am not involved on the day to day of Genesis, and am not based where the operation and finance is based (Malta), so I have no influence whatsoever on payments. However , I am close to the main owners of the company who should update me, probably within a week as they work on financial plan, after our planned merger with a big company fell apart. I will update you as soon as I hear anything."

We are waiting for almost 6 months already for our commission. Hopefully they will start paying soon. I assume they don’t have that much income atm with all affiliates stop promoting their brands.

Doesn't sound too promising as described above when the debts are piling up, affiliates stop sending traffic and revenues go down. Hoping for a miracle of course but I consider the money already lost. If we'd ever receive anything, that would be a happy surprise.

Even if they pay, how could you ever trust them again.

If you search on askgamblers, you will see that all their casinos, including the affiliate programme, are listed as "closed". Also, CasinoGuru has set up redirects awy from their review pages. It looks to me like game is over.
It seems that you can still sign up as an affiliate or player. That was expected :-/

Nice topic, I'm on my way do the same with their brands. One reason to work with them for me was is UK license.

Kinda makes me wonder if that's what they're hoping for
That affiliates will remove them and forget about them so they never have to pay everyone.

I do wonder if this has happend to every single affiliate they have, including the very big ones or has it been selective..

They have to many brands to operate and without affiliates, some of them will be worthless without tons and tons of cash spent on ads etc.

Have also removed / replaced them on my sites - I do not belive in miracles.

I see quite the opposite here in the UK. They're running Goolge ads and have 2 of Genesis casinos (Casoola, Kassu) in their listing.
