Payments from Gamesys takes each month longer.

In the past under Plain Partners they were earlier and mostly in time but from month to month it shifts to the end. Always a bit more.

2 days become 3 days and so it continues.

According to our terms and conditions, payments will be processed no later than on the 20th of the following month.

The payment behavior of some companies and also the moral of paying it's partners on time is getting worse increasingly.

You know what i mean.

First they paid on mid month, than on 20th -21th and now it shifts always longer to the end.

This is not more on time and the companies knows exactly what they do!

We stopped working with them last year after they "lost" one of our players which was the final straw after working with them for 5 years and dealing with new FTD requirements and lowering our commission without warning. I guess the good news is at least your players are being tracked!

We work also already some years with them with all the changes that have happened over time. There was never any problems although some managers coming and gone.

It's not always easy but we made the experience if they have reduced or want lowering your commission due to inactivity you should have a talk with your account manager.

Because the operator team who decides to reduce or to block are in most times not in contact with us affiliates and don't know us. They only have a look at the numbers and decide.

Our contacts are the normal managers and they must investigate or trying to intervene because they have a better overview and "knowing" us.

Sometimes it works and sometimes not that's the situations with which we are dealing.
