Gambling-affiliation - Unreliable affiliation platform

I come to warn. working with gambling-affiliation will be problematic

- software does not work properly. not all conversions count
- Unpaid conversions since October 2018
- Money withheld. Minimum payment € 100. Up to € 99 paralyzed per user.
- Unposted conversions
- Two months of missing conversions
- Irresolutive support

DO NOT throw away your work. Work better with other platforms

up this feedback, have similar experience working with gambling-affiliation.
Few AM was changed at time and non tickets solved since August

I am following up on this thread.
Regarding the fact that our software is not working properly, could you please give us more details? If you are talking about the tracking, please note that we are integrated directly with each operator using their own affiliate software / tracking technology. If you think that you have conversion not tracked, please send them to us, we will double check with each brand. And ultimately if you think we are purposely not recording your conversion, please feel free to contact the operator directly, explain them the situation and give them your GA site ID. They will check for you and you will see that the results they will give you are exactly the same. We have been in the business for 15 years, transparency is a key point for us and we want our affiliates to feel safe when using our services.
Regarding the 100 EUR threshold payment, this is in our T&C. We only proceed to payment if the minimum amount to be paid has reached 100 EUR.
In case of unpaid conversion dated for a while, this is due to the fact that the operator hasn't paid us yet. This is of course in our interest to pay our affiliate as soon as possible. But this is also in our T&C that we can only release the payment once the operator has paid us.

If you would like us to look at a specific case, please message us directly and we will be happy to have a close look at it.

there. I discovered that. A company did not reflect. And GA never solved.
The rest seemed to work.
Recently. I checked that it had been two months without conversions.

Regarding the fact that our software is not working properly, could you please give us more details? If you are talking about the tracking, please note that we are integrated directly with each operator using their own affiliate software / tracking technology. If you think that you have conversion not tracked, please send them to us, we will double check with each brand. And ultimately if you think we are purposely not recording your conversion, please feel free to contact the operator directly, explain them the situation and give them your GA site ID. They will check for you and you will see that the results they will give you are exactly the same. We have been in the business for 15 years, transparency is a key point for us and we want our affiliates to feel safe when using our services.

Gambling-afiliattion is not serious
So I had a look at your account and i am not sure how you can say that you have lost 2 months of trafic since you have sent a total of 71 clicks since the 01/06/2019. We also had many warning from brands regarding your traffic and this is why it took time for us to release some payment. One example: you have generated 6 CPA for one campaign for which 6 clicks were recorded. So 1 clicks per CPA ... Those CPA are still unpaid as they are checked by the brand for fraud reason.
While we take very seriously any tracking issue that can happen, we always need to ensure that the quality of the traffic sent by our affiliates to our Client is of good quality and not fraudulent.
And regarding the support, as far as i know, our managers have always responded to you and told you that we were waiting from the validation of the operators in order to approve your traffic. Being of low quality, this obviously take time as the brand need to review it in order to decide if your payment will be released or not.

So why not work with casinos directly? Creating affiliate accounts, setting up a nice deal and then add all your casinos to NiftyStats is not a lot of work. 1 administration day per month sending invoices and having a little bit of contact with aff managers via skype, that's pretty much it. Long time ago i checked some affiliate networks and the deals they provide are always worser than i can get myself. And no i am not a big affiliate.

Mejor un ejemplo de vuestro soportes: (No me permite poner una imagen. Me la pongo de perfil para que se pueda ver)

Tras leerte. Lo único claro es que ademas de:

- El software no funciona correctamente. No todas las conversiones cuentan
- Conversiones impagas desde octubre de 2018
- Dinero retenido. Pago mínimo 100 €. Hasta 99 € paralizados por usuario.
- Conversiones no reflejadas
- Dos meses de conversiones desaparecidas
- Soporte irresolutivo

He de añadir.

The offers of casinos are usually revenueshare and we do not accept revenueshare. some if we work directly with the casino. when they pay CPA
