Europoker.com accuse me of scam and didnt paid comission for 1 year

i found out lately that i shld get paid from europoker.com since last year september 2011

i went to contact them and they actually was really nice and helpful

it all took so long than i made more pressure and finally they was reviewing their stuff and told me :

they paid on 30.04.2011 628$ to me .. where my comission shld be only 82$

I said this cant be true and they need to check , and they told me they cna see it clear it is paid on this date to a plyer account ( yes this one belongs to me )

and than all things went fast i was accused of fraud and taking more money as i deserved ..and got the last sentence, they have better things to do

I checked than when i started to work with europoker.com

It was the 27.04.2011 ( 3 days later i already shld get a payment of 628$ )

i checked also when i open this player account

this was 08.June 2011 .. so it is impossible to get a payment on the 30.04.2011 on this player account



I also found out that i indeed was paid 628$ to my player account ... actually on the 08. june 2011

which was part of rakeback from a guy i staked and part of comission

I offered them to look via teamviewer over all and see if i say is correct

i aslo asked to have stats and transfer hsitories i got one file which shows exactly what they say


I really didnt make any fraud or scammed them, and every Mod are free to look via teamviewer my skype conversations with them from last year and can approv my story

Im owned 700$+ from them since 12 month


i still try to talkw ith them but they shut down now

anyone here who has a hint

Another account was created 2011-05-02 and this account received that very same day $1000 from our old affiliate manager. Before bringing out any conclusions we have sent this matter to the proper authorities/police and our old affiliate manager and the parties involved in this situation are under investigation.

From our perspective we can only present one fact and that fact is that our accounting/records show that Affiliate 4400 has received full payment for his "commissions" and I want to present the current balance sheet that shows that we currently "owe" this affiliate only $18.97 which will be paid out when it gets to a total of $100.

All our current affiliates know how much we respect their hard work and that being said, they have expressed their satisfaction with our new management and on time payments, which is of course what this business is all about.

From our perspective we can only present one fact and that fact is that our accounting/records show that Affiliate 4400 has received full payment for his "commissions" and I want to present the current balance sheet that shows that we currently "owe" this affiliate only $18.97 which will be paid out when it gets to a total of $100.

All our current affiliates know how much we respect their hard work and that being said, they have expressed their satisfaction with our new management and on time payments, which is of course what this business is all about.

I spoke first time with europoker.com on 27.04.2011

now omar shows a transfer : 2011-04-30 Partner Transfer -$628.00 -$628.00

this one is impossible, i didnt get 628$ on 30.04.2011

plus he claims it was put on my player account

My Player account was created on 08th June2011 ... i think if they are not magician's ... that it is impossible to receive such an amount on a player account 4 moths earlier as it was created


So, it needs to be mention also following things: i brought aswell subaffiliates and only few player .. i actually cant see if the first one signs at this date

but

I explained them and show the chat conversations


That my old affiliate manager : kristian Westergren send 1k$ on a players account ( the player loose all his bankroll because one room was bankrupt and didnt pay any player out ) Kristian told me that this is his money ... and i repaid him on his private moneybookers ( any reliable person or mod can take a look and check if that is correct )


So now after i paid the debt, Omar and Chris argues that I steal from them ... which I did not ... and i aswell offered them to look per teamviewer over my chat and see with their own eyes

They didnt want to look and only said, a posted chat conversation is not evidence enough ...... Guys, you can still look per teamviewer over everything anc heck by yourself and everyone cna see that it is true what im telling you all time.

Im still open to show u everything and you cna keep the amount till you spoke with Kristian ...Im also willing to speak to authorities and police and show them aswell any infos i have


I dont have anything to hide so if u ignore me and come than here to pseudo explain soemthing than you should talk with me and make sure that you really did everything before accusing soemone stole anything from you.

I actually dont think u filed a lawsuit... if u did , i would welcome it ... as my lawsuit will be filed after this went through and all explained as you accused me of fraud and dishonest ... and we both know i cant loose this


Also if my chat conversatiosn shows that im not right, im willing to pay them 100% of all comission i got from them till 1st day and till last day plus a Bonus of 50% on top

But if Im right, you pay me aswell 150% of all comission you already paid out

Now the Ball is on your side again

If you agree and a Mod or Admin wants to take a look over this case as a outstanding person ... than i will spend the 50% for any child or animal care of their choice

but what kind of a support is this, which stops after reviewing few files and ignoring an affiliate ???? All dates you gave are completly wrong, all payment dates you gave are wrong

Plus i never said this sums wasnt transferred, but you dont listen to any explanations i do. I would suggest you reply directly to that what i said and not pretend things are clear and done ... they are from your side, as you didnt loose money ... by taking money which belongs to me, but i loose money and till iam not getting paid this case will not be closed

you simply dont udnerstand , comission and RAKEBACK are 2 things

you cant mix them up and say comission is paid when is in fact rakeback which i could easily show you, but u simply dont care about what I say ... your numbers are right, i never said anything ... but the purpose of this payments are wrong as you say it

i got 628$ Rakeback payment not comission .... so you stop lieing or you take the time and review with me the case in every details and with every technical possibility

if thats correct your numbers, pls explain why CoolNick2 raked 910$ and didnt get a Bonus, VIP ect.

my deal was 69% gross = 910/100*69 = 627.9$

so 628$ is a rakeback payment made to account phewman in June 2011 ... i didnt want to post this in public but you simply dont give me a chance

you claimed $1000 was paid to CoolNick2, thats correct ... on the 2nd May 2011 it was transferred which you also stated correct

Another account was created 2011-05-02 and this account received that very same day $1000 from our old affiliate manager.

This is the reason why our former affiliate manager is being investigated and I don't even want to start talking about what your so called sponsored player CoolNick2 did in our casino and to minor extent you with your player account Phewman as well, both linked to your own affiliate where you also received commissions. i still didnt got paid , they also blocked my account without a reason

i asked the admin here 3 months ago to take a look and make his own decision but so far no help from anyone ... its really dissapointing

than its normal rooms and aff programs can do what they want ... if the community not even stands up for someone
