Hello,
We would like to share our experience working with crypto-games.io since other affiliates seem encountered similar situations and they posted their experience on this forum previously.
They are continuously scamming several Japanese affiliates. Let me explain according to the timeline. If you request the Skype chat history, We can submit it.
First of all, from the beginning of January 2024, they asked us to promote them to the Japanese market, explaining the advantages of "large deposit bonuses with no prohibited games" & "instant payment in cryptocurrency". We worked with them under the conditions: 45%RS and CPA$100 and agreed with it.
Since we have been working in this field for a long time, so we are the experts for Japanese customers' preferences. As you may know, the following background, some Japanese players tend to abuse deposit bonuses. From that perspective, we strongly required them to make their bonus T&C clearly stated, to protect both our and the casino's revenue, however, they did not listen to our advice at all, and just said "You just send us traffic." They also spoke sweet words at us to increase traffic, such that if we could send 10FTDs + an additional 8k deposits, they pay an additional $2000 (later, we noticed that was completely a lie).
We started to promote crypto-games.io under the condition and acquired 20 FTDs (you can see the screenshot if you want). One of the customers deposited $5000 and committed cheating such that he stocked free spin rounds using the bonus without quitting and started playing it with small real money, and had his funds confiscated completely. Admitting that this abnormal play should be banned (still his action was not prohibited in their T&Cs), the other 19 players among 20 enjoyed casino games based on their T&Cs. Finally, the estimated revenue share based on NGR is approximately $7000.
After that, surprisingly, the CEO of crypto-games.io Mr. Beka started to call us SCAMMERS. Maybe he didn't expect the player to win at a certain amount (although the estimated commission based on NGR is roughly +$7000) he started saying we were conspiring with the player to defraud the casino and that Beka would not pay the affiliate commissions. That was completely unfair. Making the bonus T&C clear is definitely their responsibility.
Due to this kind of very unfair and untrusted administrative team including Mr. Beka and another affiliate manager, we tentatively suspended referrals to Crypto-games.io at the end of January. We also worried about the withdrawal speed: it was no more "instant payment" as they stated first.
As the end of the month approached, we became concerned about the legitimacy of the commissions, and asked Beka to calculate them, because from what we could see from the admin panel we had access to, all the commissions for each player had been compressed to $100 (presumably the CPA value only) and $2000 in total.
To our surprise, Beka began to claim that the total commission amount was $2,000, even though the estimated commission based on NGR was roughly $7,000!
Obviously, this is a scheme to defraud, but in order to conduct our business, we have requested Beka to explain how to calculate commissions based on NGR.
He had deducted the entire bonus amount when calculating the commission. In other words, he claimed that NGR = total deposit - total bonus - total withdrawal - some additional fees. If this is true, our commission is always zero because most players used the first deposit bonus. Clearly, this way is not conventional and unreasonable. We calmly asked Beka why this method of calculation was justified. He presented the following improbable theory:
"We are paying for that bonuses, it's not coming from air. For example, a player deposited 1000$ but has 2000$ balance. So with 1000$, he will make 2000$ bets. RTP% will be back to another player from that 2000$. That's why casinos deduct the full amount of bonus from the commission."
Beka misunderstood the definition of the RTP. Maybe needless to say... we explained to him that the RTP is the average amount of payback to the players. If the player wagers $100 on the 96% RTP slots, then, on average, he/she gets $96. Apparently, this is not related to the calculation of the commission. Casinos typically estimate their revenue based on the RTP, but do not calculate the commission based on the RTP...
We could not understand at all such untrusted statement from Beka and of course need to pursue the correct affiliate commission.
Despite being in a business atmosphere, Beka cursed us using many emojis and many F-words, and finally left the Skype chat and could not be reached. Another affiliate manager who remained on Skype said:
- Beka said all commissions are on hold pending an investigation from fraud management of all traffic
- Beka cannot give an estimate on how many days or months this will take
- Beka will not return to the group chat
- Beka will not respond to any form of attempt at direct communications
After repeated persuasion by the other affiliate manager, Beka once returned to the Skype chat, but he said he was no longer CEO and had no privilege to pay commissions. He used any excuses not to pay the whole commission. Beka added a new person, who is a new CEO, called Paul Bradley, and Beka said Paul is the only person who can manage the finance.
When February 1, the scheduled payment date came, the correct commission amount was not even told after all, just Beka and Paul gave a wrong calculation spredsheet (we can also show you the screenshot) and correct one has still not been paid.
This is the whole story of the scam that Crypto-games.io and Mr. Beka have perpetrated on us. We would like to mention that another Japanese affiliate group is facing the same scheme of fraud.
We appreciate if the affiliate guard dog helps us, and we hope other affiliates will notice this document and try to avoid their promotion in the future.
Best regards,

Beka Karanadze (CEO) also decieved the affiliate manager (written above) on his/her salary. Any suitable payment has not been made for him/her.
Beka Karanadze also deceived another person, who connected us and crypto-games.io. The person was told to be paid 20% of NGR, but there was never such payment at all.
Anyone who joined from the side on crypto-games.io did not know the new CEO, called Paul Bradley, at all.
