Summary:
- Beka Karanadze, the CEO of crypto-games.io is continuously scamming to several affiliates in Japan, as reported in other threads here
- Crypto-games.io will not pay commission with unreasonable excuses
- Crypto-games.io manipulates and does not use appropriate methods to calculate the commission based on NGR.

Hello,

We would like to share our experience working with crypto-games.io since other affiliates seem encountered similar situations and they posted their experience on this forum previously.

They are continuously scamming several Japanese affiliates. Let me explain according to the timeline. If you request the Skype chat history, We can submit it.

First of all, from the beginning of January 2024, they asked us to promote them to the Japanese market, explaining the advantages of "large deposit bonuses with no prohibited games" & "instant payment in cryptocurrency". We worked with them under the conditions: 45%RS and CPA$100 and agreed with it.

Since we have been working in this field for a long time, so we are the experts for Japanese customers' preferences. As you may know, the following background, some Japanese players tend to abuse deposit bonuses. From that perspective, we strongly required them to make their bonus T&C clearly stated, to protect both our and the casino's revenue, however, they did not listen to our advice at all, and just said "You just send us traffic." They also spoke sweet words at us to increase traffic, such that if we could send 10FTDs + an additional 8k deposits, they pay an additional $2000 (later, we noticed that was completely a lie).

We started to promote crypto-games.io under the condition and acquired 20 FTDs (you can see the screenshot if you want). One of the customers deposited $5000 and committed cheating such that he stocked free spin rounds using the bonus without quitting and started playing it with small real money, and had his funds confiscated completely. Admitting that this abnormal play should be banned (still his action was not prohibited in their T&Cs), the other 19 players among 20 enjoyed casino games based on their T&Cs. Finally, the estimated revenue share based on NGR is approximately $7000.

After that, surprisingly, the CEO of crypto-games.io Mr. Beka started to call us SCAMMERS. Maybe he didn't expect the player to win at a certain amount (although the estimated commission based on NGR is roughly +$7000) he started saying we were conspiring with the player to defraud the casino and that Beka would not pay the affiliate commissions. That was completely unfair. Making the bonus T&C clear is definitely their responsibility.

Due to this kind of very unfair and untrusted administrative team including Mr. Beka and another affiliate manager, we tentatively suspended referrals to Crypto-games.io at the end of January. We also worried about the withdrawal speed: it was no more "instant payment" as they stated first.

As the end of the month approached, we became concerned about the legitimacy of the commissions, and asked Beka to calculate them, because from what we could see from the admin panel we had access to, all the commissions for each player had been compressed to $100 (presumably the CPA value only) and $2000 in total.

To our surprise, Beka began to claim that the total commission amount was $2,000, even though the estimated commission based on NGR was roughly $7,000!
Obviously, this is a scheme to defraud, but in order to conduct our business, we have requested Beka to explain how to calculate commissions based on NGR.

He had deducted the entire bonus amount when calculating the commission. In other words, he claimed that NGR = total deposit - total bonus - total withdrawal - some additional fees. If this is true, our commission is always zero because most players used the first deposit bonus. Clearly, this way is not conventional and unreasonable. We calmly asked Beka why this method of calculation was justified. He presented the following improbable theory:

"We are paying for that bonuses, it's not coming from air. For example, a player deposited 1000$ but has 2000$ balance. So with 1000$, he will make 2000$ bets. RTP% will be back to another player from that 2000$. That's why casinos deduct the full amount of bonus from the commission."

Beka misunderstood the definition of the RTP. Maybe needless to say... we explained to him that the RTP is the average amount of payback to the players. If the player wagers $100 on the 96% RTP slots, then, on average, he/she gets $96. Apparently, this is not related to the calculation of the commission. Casinos typically estimate their revenue based on the RTP, but do not calculate the commission based on the RTP...

We could not understand at all such untrusted statement from Beka and of course need to pursue the correct affiliate commission.

Despite being in a business atmosphere, Beka cursed us using many emojis and many F-words, and finally left the Skype chat and could not be reached. Another affiliate manager who remained on Skype said:

- Beka said all commissions are on hold pending an investigation from fraud management of all traffic
- Beka cannot give an estimate on how many days or months this will take
- Beka will not return to the group chat
- Beka will not respond to any form of attempt at direct communications

After repeated persuasion by the other affiliate manager, Beka once returned to the Skype chat, but he said he was no longer CEO and had no privilege to pay commissions. He used any excuses not to pay the whole commission. Beka added a new person, who is a new CEO, called Paul Bradley, and Beka said Paul is the only person who can manage the finance.

When February 1, the scheduled payment date came, the correct commission amount was not even told after all, just Beka and Paul gave a wrong calculation spredsheet (we can also show you the screenshot) and correct one has still not been paid.

This is the whole story of the scam that Crypto-games.io and Mr. Beka have perpetrated on us. We would like to mention that another Japanese affiliate group is facing the same scheme of fraud.

We appreciate if the affiliate guard dog helps us, and we hope other affiliates will notice this document and try to avoid their promotion in the future.

Best regards,

--additional information--
Beka Karanadze (CEO) also decieved the affiliate manager (written above) on his/her salary. Any suitable payment has not been made for him/her.
Beka Karanadze also deceived another person, who connected us and crypto-games.io. The person was told to be paid 20% of NGR, but there was never such payment at all.
Anyone who joined from the side on crypto-games.io did not know the new CEO, called Paul Bradley, at all.

Player-A deposits $1,000 and received an additional 100% (signup bonus).

Meaning: Player account balance is $1,000 (cash deposited) and $1,000 (bonus received) = $2,000 balance.

If Player-A does not meet wagering for the $1,000 bonus, and loses this bonus back to the casino, the casino has NOT lost $1,000. Yes it does cost something ($$) to issue a bonus. However, treating a bonus as cash, which has been lost back to the casino is a scam.

Basic Accounting (double-entry book keeping):

Player-A does not meet bonus wagering requirements, thus loses both the deposit and bonus.

GGR: $1,000 (cash deposit) + $1,000 (bonus) = $2,000

The $1,000 bonus lost back to the casino, is then deducted from the total $2,000 GGR, and the casino is left with $1,000 GGR. Fees and what not are deducted, and what's left is NGR.

If the $1,000 bonus (lost) is not added to the $1,000 deposit, making $2,000 total GGR, and instead, is ONLY deducted from the $1,000 c ash deposit, then the casino is skimming this $1,000.

In the above example, if an affiliate was being paid a legit 25% commission, that payment would be $250.

I think you are correct.

However, crypto-games.io deducted the full amount of bonuses from NGR even when the customer completely lost their balance (bonus + deposit). That's why we said "our commission is always zero," disregarding the CPAs.

How do you think about this issue?

A follow-up report:

The member of crypto-games.io, Beka (CEO, co-founder) and Paul (CEO?) , completely exited from the Skype chat, and mentioned they will not respond any more. We were completely blocked.

They only provided the contact information: finance (at) crypto-games.io.

We have already sent several e-mails to that address with Beka's statement on the issue, however, the finance team said Beka is no more employee! Unbelievable.

Could anyone help this issue moving forward?

Horrible, but in return for paying commission, Crypto-games.io also required us not to post any bad reputation to Casino Guru, Askgamblers or something like that.

Sorry but your wrong about the RTP.

Not every player who wagers $100 on a slot with an RTP of 96%, gets $96 returned. The RTP of 96% is calculated over the audit period, and will produce a 96% RTP in this period of time.

NB - There are times when a slot may pay <30%, or >250%+. However, the average RTP of 96% is obtained over the course of the slot's audit period.

This is not the main material of our discussion, but we are talking about "theoretical RTP" as pre-defined in a slot machine, not about the RTP calculated over the audit period. So, the statement from the crypto-games.io was still wrong.

The RTP calculated over the audit period will converges to the "theoretical RTP" due to the law of large numbers, as the period lasts long.

I appreciate if you can move forward the issue.

We also would like to have any information to solve or communicate the issue.
Anyone can tell us whether there are any other websites or institutions to deal with it?

I think you are right. Some staffs around online casino industry also said this.
Could you deal with the problem above, if possible? @MissExposé
I found you responded to crypto-casino.io-related issues in other threads.

Dear Forum Members,

I hope you're all doing well. I'd like to talk about a concern that's come up on our forum related to Crypto-Games and how commissions are handled.

First off, we've noticed someone new - Cryptooncasi posting claims about our operations. It's a bit suspicious when someone makes a new account just to post something like this, especially when they're talking about very specific issues but staying anonymous.

There's also been a user named "Symmetry" who's posted very similar things, but about a different casino. This makes us think there might be a coordinated effort to make us look bad. You can see an example of what I'm talking about here: AffiliateGuardDog Forum.

As many of you know, we always pay our affiliates on the 1st of every month, automatically. There's no way for us to mess with this process. If someone didn't complain about their commission at first but does later, it makes us wonder why(They always saw their commissions and not just at the end of the month).

Our commission calculations are clear from the start, and they include rules like deducting the bonuses given to users from the commission. This might be why there are questions if someone's users only made one big deposit using a big welcome bonus we offer.

We've seen attempts to spread false information before, but we've always been able to show we're on the up and up.

Regarding the claims by "Cryptooncasi" and "DreamersJapan," we're ready to share proof of their commissions — $2000 and $1800 — with forum leaders to clear things up.

We've identified two people behind these claims. One is Michael Popov, and you can see his LinkedIn here: LinkedIn. We're holding off on naming the second person for now.

Lastly, we just want to give a heads-up to other casinos, especially in Japan, to watch out for this kind of thing.

Thanks for listening, and let's keep our community a place for honest and positive discussion.

Best,

Bradley

We would like to respond you @Bradley-CryptoGames one-to-one. We are also ready to submit all of the proofs and evidences in this forum (in future, Casino Guru, Askgamblers or more public institutions).

>>we've noticed someone new - Cryptooncasi posting claims about our operations. It's a bit suspicious when someone makes a new account just to post something like this, especially when they're talking about very specific issues but staying anonymous.

Even though my account of this forum is new, why it is suspicious? We can show you who we are here, not need to be anonymous.

>>There's also been a user named "Symmetry" who's posted very similar things, but about a different casino. This makes us think there might be a coordinated effort to make us look bad. You can see an example of what I'm talking about here: AffiliateGuardDog Forum.

As @Symmetry said, some people related to crypto-games.io also thought Beka is equivalent to Bradley (you). But this is not the main issue of the argument.

This is not true. You manipulate the admin panel related to our commission and submitted us a wrong calculation sheet. We are off course show you the screenshots and skype chat history, with objective evidence. Also, the reason you posted "This might be why there are questions if someone's users only made one big deposit using a big welcome bonus we offer" is completely unreasonable. This must not be the excuse not to pay the commission.

>>Regarding the claims by "Cryptooncasi" and "DreamersJapan," we're ready to share proof of their commissions — $2000 and $1800 — with forum leaders to clear things up.

There is no guarantee on your evidence, since there is fraud and manipulation in the calculation of our commissions. In addition, DreamersJapan has not been paid any commissions and continues to be evaded by you. There was no response at all.

The only thing I can tell you is that you have been making excuses incessantly and you are not paying your commissions as you originally said you would, that's all.

>>We've identified two people behind these claims. One is Michael Popov, and you can see his LinkedIn here: LinkedIn. We're holding off on naming the second person for now.

Michael is the person who connected us and crypto-games.io. Michael is going to post the issue here and support our claims.

Anytime you can make any excuses on this issue, but we can always show the evidence to support our claims: you are continuously scamming to affiliates, and, even to affiliate managers you hired.

Indeed, upwards was posted a link to my profile and anyone whoever desire might contact me to verify that I am a real person and not trying to hide by fake names. My name is Mikhail Popov. I present myself as Michael to foreigners because they always pronounce my name in incorrect way.

So as soon as my honor was assaulted here, I would like to publish the story from my side and also to protect my affiliates: @cryptooncasi and dreamersjapan.

I got acquainted with crypto-games.io around August 2023. By that time, as I was told, they were not ready to promote on Japanese market, and they told me that I will be contacted as soon as they will be prepared for this.

Beginning of December 2023 – I was suggested to be a super affiliate with 20% RS commission and I agreed to that. I’ve started to present my Japanese affiliates, such as dreamersjapan and @cryptooncasi and some others from my list to them. (maybe some of them will also write a comment in this tread but I would not like to drag them into that case anymore).

At the end of December, Crypto-games.io were pleased with my work and Beka suggested me to join their team as a part time affiliate manager, he told me that they will need couple of days until they will make me an offer.

January 2024 – several weeks has passed since our conversation with Beka about my hiring – but there still was not any offer from their side. I decided to remind about myself and Beka’s respond was – that I should bring them 10 active affiliates and I will be hired. That sounded strange to myself, but I decided to trust them and agreed to that offer.

Luckily my affiliates who were presented to Beka and his team mostly responded slowly and only two of all started actual promotion of the brand.

After several days of promotion both @cryptooncasi and dreamersjapan started to inform Beka and his team that their players having problems with withdrawing funds from crypto-games.io, and that they are changing rules of welcome offer along the way when players were tried to clear the conditions. Me and my affiliates tried to explain to Beka that it is not the way that you should do the business and if he proceeds same actions the reputation of affiliates and casino will be destroyed.

By the huge struggle were agreed that Beka will solve all the problems with players and oncasifighter with dreamers Japan will proceed to promote the brand. At that time Beka send me, as he called it, a “birthday present” of 500 USDT to soap me down and then specified that it will be deducted from my commission at the end of the month.

By the end of January were understood that Beka counts commission in incorrect way and were played with stats in backoffice. He even didn’t want to provide a hash to player who asked about it and stated that he acts according terms and conditions of his casino. Never I saw a casino which would hide a hash info from its players to be honest.

In the end of the month Beka claimed that all of us are fraudsters, that our players are fraudsters as well. He paid 2000 USDT commission to @cryptooncasi, nothing to Dreamers Japan and nothing more than that “present” of 500 USDT to myself.

By our counting that should be:

7000 USD commission to @cryptooncasi
6500 USD commission to DreamersJapan
2500 USD commission to myself (-500 USD of “present” money of course)

Which is the most sad – Japanese players still has problems with money withdrawal from crypto-games.io and customer support responds them very slow.

We are going to fight with injustice, we have all history in our skype chats recorded.

All my affiliates who haven’t started the promotion were informed about fraudulent actions of that casino and its “owner”, every other affiliates who are promoting this brand will be contacted and informed as well.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us and @Bradley-CryptoGames .

As @kuotermein mentioned, some Japanese players still could not withdraw their money. They will submit their claims to Casino Guru soon, unless the withdrawals are completed.

Bradley, Paul, Beka is the same person for fact. Anyway that is not the issue here, but the efforts to trick affiliates. Since i also had listed Crypto-Games.io in my sites i will now remove it and not work again with this brand. I'm not in any way conected to any of the affiliates above and there is no "scheme" here. @Bradley-CryptoGames this thread that you saying.. im presenting facts from my account, it has nothing to do with the current thread. So your example of me trying to make you look bad is at least inaccurate

Just to add something here, i don't know if the claims of the affiliates above are correct or not or who is right. But since @cryptooncasi mentioned that you use also the name "Paul Bradley" and i know in fact that your name was "Bradley" when working at Rolletto, completes the easy puzzle. Why to do all these things if nothing to hide? Just saying where is smoke, probably there is fire.

Yes. From Beka's Linkedin profile, we noticed that he was working at Rolletto.

Beka said to us in Skype, "Unfortunately, this case will not be solved without Paul as he is a CEO and Decision maker," despite the fact that Beka introduced himself as the CEO of the crypto-games.io at first!

If they are the same person, he was completely scamming to us. No further reaction has been made until now.

Since I am a recent arrival at the forum, I am not sure what the function of here is.
Some complaints are usually dealt by @MissExposé.

Could anyone tell us how I can utilize the forum?
