How do I get in contact with Harry Affiliates, now Mr SMith Affiliates?

I have created several tickets in their system and emailed them several times, no responds, NONE!

I was told back in July that Mr Smith is now fully under Affiliate Lounge.

Good luck getting in contact with them, having the same problem owed a few hundred quid from Harry. They don't respond to tickets or emails & have tried support @ AffiliateLounge .com too. Anyone have a AM contact at affiliate lounge?

I assume its the same for everybody - so have you had any e-mails from "Wallet"?
Betsson now pay your (at least, my) commission into a "wallet account" - a totally separate system from the affy system.
From there I can either withdraw, or "deposit" the funds into my casino account.

Affiliate lounge and Harry Smith have always paid me in a reasonable time-frame - I don't think I've ever had to chase them.
For the last several months, payments have been by the 10th - often much earlier.

The only person to contact me recently (in August) was Alison.Brincat (at) betssongroup.com
