Thanks KK for pointing out this issue. We have no current issues with player payments. Please let us know if you have any player issue this year.

Thanks

Mainstreet - thank you for your response - however there is an elephant is the room in this slow-pay / no-pay issue ... and it could easily reoccur with a new winner this year.

Can I ask MainStreet for an explanation as to what is happening with the drip-feed payments mentioned in the OPs link above.

I'll summarise the link :
- it seems some players win a big prize and accept to be "slow-paid" over many months and after a while the PROCESSOR says something like "this payment has been paid for many months we are not going to continue" - and Mainstreet says OK don't complete the payments?!?!

WTF? Is that a correct summary?

And secondly, if the linked article is correct, are you completing payment another way - through a wire payment or through a BTC transfer? Or is the link correct that the "slow-pay" turns into "no-pay"?

I'd like to understand the situation - because I expect programs I recommend to readers to pay out when readers win.

Dear Gooner, We have no more slow pay or no pay cases this year. Players are getting paid by Wire, BTC and other payment options.

The issue which was pointed out in article belongs to players from 2016, we had issues from processor in 2017.

So far everything is on track for this year with more payment options for players.

Thanks

The OFFICIAL WARNING from CasinoMiester was posted THIS MONTH (updated TODAY).
He has worked with you guys for more than 10 YEARS.

Are you telling us there is no basis in fact for his warning???

If so - I think you should be talking to him right now.

We had issues back in 2017 with one specific processor.

The CM thread (posted by maxd) seems divergent to your claims. Below is a small extract of that post.

Let me give an example: player wins big in 2016, casino agrees to pay but only in small monthly instalments, player agrees and the payments begin.

Fast forward a year and a bit and the payments suddenly stop but the player is still owed 7 or 8 grand. Player comes to us some months later, we go to the casino, and the response is "we can't process this old payment".

But it was only "old" because the player accepted a slow-pay payment plan that the casino itself had devised.

And now suddenly that's all old news and they simply won't pay?

So they said, repeatedly.
