God forbids! People in the age range of 50-60 are not suited for the key positions in a rapidly changing environment like this - for the same reason, why you almost never see startup companies founded by 55-60 olds; the people, who have the instints for it, tend to be usually 20-30 years younger.

On the lighter side I think yes blackmail, player fraud, and most other vices do exist. To see otherwise IMO would be working under the veil of ignorance. But hey that is just my opinion which really doesn't count lol.

Not sure where Dominique fits in but giver Eddie if some how it justifies yourselves. Not nice nor warranted or appreciated IMO. No one is on trial here and would be nice to have a productive discussion unless were out for some glory and guts.

I don't really fit in at all, except for trying to keep this thread from turning into a battleground, at which I failed.

Dominique, as someone who has spent the past two months reading the correspondence between Embalu and Rushmore, and has seen the documentation he supplied to the casino, I can assure you that there are not two divergent opinions among those who are truly informed.

Embalu and Rushmore, while once at loggerheads, are now in complete agreement.

Of course, there will always be doubters among the uninformed but isn't that the case with everything?

(Personally, I have it on very good authority that JFK was killed by alien lifeforms with the backing of the Freemasons.)

You're right. You've not followed this case. So why you think you then have the right to make comments such as this, when you acknowledge you have no knowledge of the matter, I find odd.

What is odd...is your inability to accept that everyone has a RIGHT to voice their opinion, whether you agree with it or not.

If you can't put up a case either, for, against or even indifferent, I find your intentions to post not only ODD but suspect too.

Unless I've missed a Press Release by Rushmore, this topic is based on speculation.

So true as with most things in life. The uniformed will always carry doubts I guess without being privy to some behind the scenes chatter this is rational. Even when presented with facts ( if there could be any in this biz) there are doubters. With this is mind I suppose no wonder Galileo was placed under house arrest by the Church for suggesting the Earth orbited the Sun. So true there will always be doubters I prefer the word speculators.

As an uninformed bystander I blindly accept what is posted as truth.

On that note yes documents were supplied on the subject both publicly and privately. I be on the public side as most are. Therefore, if I doubt, speculate, don't blame me,us,or whoever....were just not informed as you said.

This is the bottom line.

And on the original matter of the thread, deflected through false accusations against the player, I should add: though I was surprised that Bailey removed Rushmore, I support this move entirely and am completely empathetic with it. I suspect, though don't know, that there were other issues involved beyond this one that led to the decision.
