Correct, theoretically RTG/ CDS could take appropriate down an operator but fact is that they never do so! I do not know who you have been speaking to but they should know better.

As I had mentioned I can testify multiple cases in which RTG refused and still refuses to assist even though ALL evidence against their operators had been provided. These cases are well in the 5-figure range. The affected operators either eventually closed or the disputes remain unresolved until today.

Many of RTG's licensees also earned themselves a terrible reputation so they do not need to worry about this getting any worse if they do not pay.

The bottomline is that RTG/ CDS cannot be trusted at all as they do not support valid customer complaints whatsoever. I can only warn any customer from doing any business with them!

Let me start with Mark , I have checked this stats and they showed 29 clicks 22 in USD and 7 in Euros ,that is all a could find . So the RTG is busy right now to check everything . If the software counts the clicks it would count any other activity(signups ,downloads ,deposits..etc) ,but will double check everything with them .What would be solution for this ? I don't know really but let us wait on their reply first .If you have any suggestion please let me know .Again ,I am not admitting or accepting any wrong doing from our side but just looking for a solution .

They've had a week, and it really should only take a few minutes to look up all the stats relating to an affy code...

I am so sorry for delay ,

They have replied on my question but to be honest I wasn't happy with the answer as it was similar to my reply .Just readings so I asked my account manager if she could double check .That is why I didn't post that here .
