Thanks for your patience, understanding and respectfulness so far. Apologies for another delay in replying as I have discussed with our finance department how to proceed.

As for resolving the verification issue, thanks for proposing the Docs verification – that will work very well. On top of that, we would like to verify your continued ownership of the newbonuses.com domain, and we would truly appreciate meeting with you face to face. Since this may be unfeasible in the short term – we are happy to do a video call through Skype / Zoom instead.

Please, do send the following details over to payments@xmarkaffiliates.com, and let us know what time would work for you, for the purposes of the video meeting:

  • Scan / Photo of your ID Document
  • Selfie holding the same ID Document
  • Proof of Domain Ownership
Once we go through these couple of checks, we will verify the accumulated earnings with you, and finalize their processing.

We have sent the following to prove identity and domain ownership:

Scan / Photo of your ID Document
Selfie holding the same ID Document
Proof of Domain Ownership

You stated that:

"To clarify: the only thing we are requesting here is to verify
your identity before processing your accumulated payments."

These three documents should more than satisfy that concern, especially
when none of your other affiliates are required to provide any of this
documentation or engage in any video meetings in order to get paid.

We are not engaging in any video meetings or face-to-face meetings, after
all of the drama and accusations that were made in the Skype conversations.

Nothing was being done to resolve this issue until we brought it to the AGD
and asked our esteemed colleagues to help out. Now that you are here, we
want to keep the discussion civil and in the forum until it is resolved. Once
it is resolved, then we can move our partnership forward with a clean slate.

I am not fully clear on what “drama and accusations” you are referring to in your previous comment. Disregarding several threats aimed at us, our correspondence was kept civil, to the extent of my knowledge.
Regardless of this comment, I still do not understand why a video call is being avoided. While it would be a show of good faith, we do not consider it necessary for resolving the issue at hand.
Verifying your ownership of newbonuses.com, however, we do consider unavoidable. The standard procedure of proving the ownership of the domain’s DNS settings will do.
To finalize this verification, we will need you to add a custom string (provided from our side) as an A-Record of the DNS Settings on your www.newbonuses.com domain.
Once the record has been configured, we will confirm its existence by pinging that DNS entry. This will fully verify your domain ownership, allowing us to proceed with your payout.
We can either send you the required A-Record string here or through e-mail, as per your preference. Let me know which you prefer, so we can keep things moving forward.

Ok, we initially added a TXT record to the DNS for newbonuses.com.

The DNS is provided through Cloudflare. If you need to ping the DNS in a certain way,
then I need to know the exact type of DNS record and what exactly to add into the record.

The TXT record that we setup with the "rgfdxhle" string that you can view in any DNS look-up
site should be proof enough that we still and have always owned the domain and the website.

Please try to ping it now. After talking to our web host, I think we have it setup correctly.

We just added it to the CNAME and pinged it online.

We received a response back from the e-mail address. Here it is:

May you please provide a detailed summary of your unpaid earnings, as per your own accounts. We need to see the detailed earnings, per month, per casino - ideally in a spreadsheet form. We will match this vs our own records and proceed from there.

We provided a screenshot of the Affiliate Ledger in Brango to show what is owed. The Casino Extreme and Casino Adrenaline accounts are locked, which we've told them multiple times, so there is no way to provide them with information from within the affiliate accounts.

Why do we need to provide a spreadsheet of earnings, when everything is right there in the affiliate accounts?
