The XmarkAffiliates.com group that runs Brango Casino, Casino Extreme and Casino Adrenaline won't pay us.

We were offline from the middle of 2021 until early 2023 due to issues during Covid. Our accounts were still earning life-time revenue
during all of this time. When we came back online, we checked all of our accounts and everyone paid except for this one program.

We began talking to them in March 2023 via Skype to get paid what we are owed. They were responsive on Skype but they tried
every tactic that you could think of.. not to pay past earnings. They did not want to honor any past earnings building up in the account.
Brango owes roughly $12,000 and Extreme was around $1,200 (account locked now) on the last time that we were able to check it.

We tried to get them to pay us past earnings with a guarantee that they would be added again to our sites. They said NO.
They gave us all sorts of excuses that they do not trust us, that they need to ask their managers, etc.. never committing to anything.

Once our sites were going back on, we tried to make an arrangement to pay us and we will add their brands now.. They said NO.
We tried to setup a payment plan with them so that they would make a payment now, then we will add them and payments every month..

They said NO.

Next, we said that we will add their brands, and at the end of the first month.. they pay our current earnings plus a payment on past earnings.

Again, they said NO. This happened over several months with delays and times where they would just ignore us.

This program used to pay us on the first of the month. I remember getting e-mails from Mikey with payment details every month.
Now it seems to be going rogue. We blacklisted their three brands on our websites. Tired of talking with them on Skype when
nothing is done. I don't advise anyone to continue promoting these brands. If they will try these tactics with us, then they will with others.

I'm no lawyer but their T&C's state that upon "termination" they will pay ALL outstanding prior payments due. While they haven't terminated your contract, they may as well have, because they aren't paying what is owed. Maybe a ploy to get you to terminated the agreement.

If they refuse to pay you, they're not going to pay you.

Seems the only option you have is to terminate your agreement with them, thus enacting the clause which states they WILL pay all outstanding commissions owed, up until the date you terminate the agreement.

If they still refuse to pay, then they're in breach of their own T&C's, and it would seem they've turned 'rogue'. At this point everyone should be hyper wary and drop their casinos, if at all possible.

We would be willing to terminate the contract if they will pay all outstanding prior payments due. My sense is that they won't pay it.

It looks like we are not alone with this issue. I do see them listed on LCB and other prominent
websites, so they must be paying some of their affiliates.. while screwing over the others.

I can tell you from personal experience that they're not verifying player docs either, so if your conversion is in the bin, now you know why. It's impossible to verify your account to cash out.

Thanks, MissExposé - for now, I'm going to see how it plays out without intervention. Seeing this group from a player's point of view has been quite the eye-opener, especially when it comes to banking (both deposits & withdrawals) and and customer service.

Put it this way, I'm replacing their ads.

The exact reason why, if an affiliate ever feels like something isn't Kosher, it's better to post one's concerns. Least this way, if there is anything wide-spread, you'll find out about it from others ;)

Always best to nip this stuff sooner than later.

I should have brought it here sooner. I know that now. I'm changing the way I deal with program issues going forward.

Don't beat yourself up over it, mate. You posted about it, it's all good :)

Unfortunately, way too many programs these days are stiffing affiliates. Once it was mostly new white labels who'd got in over their heads. Sadly, now more and more programs who were once trusted brands are dropping like flies. Personally, I think the competition is so fierce, especially for casinos who may only have one software-brand, that like us, they too are having a hard time staying afloat.

That's no excuse though to shaft affiliates.

That's probably going to be my approach. I'm still sending daily chasers, which Brango are ignoring.

I've dropped their prime spots but it's likely they'll be blacklisted at some point soon. I'll probably also include a warning in our next newsletter - loads of their players will become aware of the issues.

It doesn't make a whole lot of sense. If they would have paid, then we would have started promoting
their brands again, and they would have already made a lot more revenue from the last several months.
