Hi everyone,

I'm having serious problems with BetReels and want to know if anyone else has dealt with something similar.

They currently owe me €3,400 in affiliate commissions. Everything tracked correctly, the players were active and depositing, and there were no issues until payment time.

When the payout date came, they suddenly started delaying, giving vague explanations and pushing things forward without a clear reason.

Then, out of nowhere, they introduced a brand-new rule:
“Baseline is €50.”

This was never mentioned before we started working together. Not in terms, not in chats, not anywhere. It feels like they’re inventing requirements afterwards specifically to avoid paying what they owe.

This kind of behaviour is extremely unprofessional, and honestly quite worrying.

Before I move forward with this, I'd like to ask the community:

Has anyone else had issues with BetReels?
Unpaid commissions?
Sudden rule changes?
Delays or excuses?

Any shared experiences or advice would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

It’s concerning to read about Betreels changing terms after commissions were already earned. Clear and consistent rules are essential for affiliates to trust a program. Hopefully their team can step in and clarify the situation so payments are handled fairly.

hey have always been problematic... for as long as I can remember.

Hi @FreeSpins,

Please let me know about other issues you encountered. I have been here almost 10 years and am not aware of this.

Regards,
Jonathan

Hello @andrestamm and @BetReels,

Thank you to both parties for providing detailed information and responses.

We understand this is a frustrating situation for the affiliate, especially when payment expectations are not met. At the same time, we acknowledge the program’s position, particularly in reference to their published CPA terms regarding second deposits, baseline requirements, and traffic quality standards.

Affiliate Guard Dog serves as a neutral platform where concerns can be raised and discussed transparently. While we aim to ensure fair and respectful communication, we do not have the authority to enforce agreements or intervene in financial matters between affiliates and programs, especially in CPA, Hybrid and similar deal.

Given the explanations and supporting information now available from both sides, we consider this thread closed from our side and encourage any further communication to take place directly between the involved parties.

Thank you all for your input and understanding.
