Hi,

I've been dealing with a lot of casinos and their affiliate managers, but I've never had such 'weird' experience with anyone as I've had with BC.Game.
Does anyone here work with them and can share his experience?
They're not technically doing anything wrong, but no matter what I try to accomplish with them it just never gets done. My question to them about their new promotion for example somehow turns to talking about exposure on my website and a bunch of other things and I hardly ever get any info from them. To put it plainly: they talk A LOT and tell very little, in a sometimes hardly understandable English and just seem to be all over the place.

Their German affiliate website is terrible. They not even recognize, that Millions and Billions are different in German. It looks like a $5 Fiverr template, and the slogans are silly.

Be careful. They have a tricky termination rule in their terms:

7. Termination
[...]

7.3. Automatic termination by us if your account is inactive. If your Affiliate Account is inactive, your Agreement and participation in the Affiliate Network will automatically terminate.

I can not find any specific to this in the terms. One can look at it and make screenshot or so. There is a claim for 180 days, but I can not find it.

There is no doubt, they are writing themselves countless one-post-wonder fake 5 star reviews on the internet. If a program needs that, then they are either lousy or a scam.

Interesting. How do you define activity or inactivity? By sending new players or withdrawing?

You have to acquire new players.

And of course, due to the nature of this casino, there is no license.
