At some point you should consider making separate lists for each geo as some brands (many) have restrictions on certain countries and some are localized better. It would help with the conversion.

Haha, it is so bizarre. We get bombarded almost daily by them about re-listing after we blacklisted them few years ago after some shady shit. Have even blocked them on Skype but they make new accounts and emails to continue :D And ironically it is extremely hard to get a reply when the matter...

It has been seen so many times before in other markets. The stricter the rules the more off-shore unlicensed activity grows. Less tax revenue, but problems are there to stay.

These "awards" are usually bought by the programs. Or they're getting nominations if they buy advertising, VIP tables at the event etc. It is so blatantly done that you can't take anything seriously but at least you get a good laugh :D
