Worst affiliate programs to work with?

Hey all, I'm a new PPC affiliate , would love to get some info about who to not work with (late payments, predatory terms, stealing money etc..)
and who do you recommend

were doing WW traffic, and I've started off as an affiliate manager so i have some idea what to watch out from.

paddy power and betfair have got a decent history of stealing from affiliates by closing their accounts
