Hello Affiliate Guard Dog team,
We are reaching out regarding an outstanding payment of €1,000 for July.
We have been working with this partner for several months. Our initial account manager was Simona, then the account was transferred to Lauren, and later to Aleksandra. The deal terms were agreed with Simona.
During July, we generated 5 FTDs, for which we are owed €1,000 according to the agreed terms.
The main issue is that no KPI was discussed or agreed with us when the deal was given to us. The campaign had already been running for several months, and previous months, including April, May and June, were paid according to the agreed terms.
In August, the campaign statistics stopped being displayed. We contacted our account manager, who told us the issue would be fixed. However, it remained unresolved for more than three weeks, making it difficult for us to properly monitor and optimize the campaign.
When the July payment became due, we did not receive it. After contacting the partner, we were told that the payment was being withheld because they were not satisfied with the results and that one-timers were an issue.
However, this KPI was never discussed or agreed with us when the deal was given. We invested our own money based on the original terms, and we believe new payment conditions cannot be introduced retrospectively after the traffic has already been generated.
We have tried to resolve this directly with the partner, but the €1,000 remains unpaid.
We would appreciate Affiliate Guard Dog reviewing the case and assisting us in recovering the outstanding payment.
