SCAM ALERT: My Experience with WhiteLotto and Graucus Trade Limited – A Year of Broken Promises and Predatory Tactics

Executive Summary:
This is a serious warning to any iGaming operator or affiliate considering a partnership with Wojciech Lysak (WhiteLotto.com) or Thomas Fritz Koller (Graucus Trade Limited / Alphos Ventures). Our journey with them, starting in April 2025, has been a nightmare of technical incompetence, systemic delays, and predatory financial tactics.

1. The Bait: False Timelines and "Good Will" Payments
In early 2025, Wojciech Lysak promised a fully functional White Label platform (Sports, Casino, and Lotto) within 3 to 4 weeks. Based on this, we paid 50% of the setup fee in April. By May, Wojciech requested the remaining 50% early, claiming they "needed the funds." In a show of good faith, we paid. This was our first mistake. As soon as they had 100% of the money, the "3-4 week" timeline turned into a 10-month wait.

2. The Switch: The Appearance of Thomas Koller and Graucus
After months of excuses regarding license issues, Thomas Fritz Koller (CEO of Graucus Trade Limited) appeared, claiming to have "acquired" WhiteLotto. He forced a new, predatory contract upon us. Because our capital was already held by them, we were forced to sign a deal with significantly worse terms, including doubled monthly fees and the introduction of Negative Carry, which was never part of the original agreement.

3. Technical Failure: Archaic Software and False Features
The platform is technologically obsolete. We were promised a robust bonus engine, but it took until late January 2026 just to get a basic deposit bonus for Sports. Furthermore, they admitted that Casino bonuses are impossible because their engine cannot separate "Bonus Balance" from "Real Balance"—a standard feature in the industry for over a decade. When we complained about the 10-month delay, Wojciech dismissively told us: "Constant optimization is better than delayed perfection."

4. Predatory Billing and "Ghost" Expenses
Lotto Fraud: They charged us $5.50 for every $10 lottery ticket sold, claiming it covers "purchasing and insurance." However, they categorically refused to provide any proof or invoice that tickets were actually bought or insured.

Grace Period Scam: Although the site lacked basic features (languages and bonuses) until late January, Thomas and his team insisted our 3-month grace period had already expired, invoicing us in February for a non-functional product.

Absurd Fees: They charge €4 per KYC check (10x the market rate) and €1 per support ticket for a team that uses AI and only works limited office hours.

5. Documentary Evidence Available
We are not just making claims; we have preserved the entire history of this failed partnership. **We are ready to provide full access to:

All signed contracts and exhibits.

The complete WhatsApp chat history.

The entire official Email correspondence with Thomas and Wojciech's team.

The email records, in particular, prove that their team provided false timelines for months, while the official correspondence with Thomas Koller documents his direct refusal to provide financial transparency regarding the lottery margins.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you are approached by Wojciech Lysak or Thomas Koller, feel free to contact me for the full evidence folder before you spend a single dollar.

I started working with Whitelotto back in 2019. They set up a whitelabel lottery website for me. Under our deal, Whitelotto was to handle all PSPs and payouts to players, and I was to receive the net profit of the operation at the end of every month.
My experiences with them were even worse. Wojciech L. is a scammer of the worst kind.
In 2024, when I was owed around €100k in invoices due for my share of the revenue generated, I stepped away from the cooperation and relaunched my business on a platform I had developed on my own. Upon termination, Whitelotto threatened me with sueing for a €100k because of breach of contract. Since then, they have also been holding on to the player balances. The outstanding invoices were never paid.
Two other whitelabel partners of Whitelotto had the exact same experience, and after my relaunch they contacted me and they are now running their businesses based on my platform.

In addition to all of the above, here are a few examples of their business ethics:
When there was a substantial lottery win in 2024, Whitelotto did not pay out. As it turns out, they had not purchased the lottery tickets on behalf of their customers, as was set out in our contract. But they had been charging me for the purchase of said tickets in their monthly reports, to the amount of high six-figure amounts (€).

I cannot speak to Graucus in detail, but this is what I know:
Early in 2024, Whitelotto offered to put me in charge of their entire operation, overseeing every aspect of their business. I turned them, down, as they obviously were looking for some guy to front their fraudulent operation.
At the time, Graucus was just another whitelabel customer of Whitelotto, with a lotto domain that generated no significant income. Then all of a sudden, Graucus appeared to be running the whitelabel operation. Safe to say that Graucus accepted the offer that I rejected, because for a while, lottopark.com, which used to be Whitelotto's flagship own lottery website, carried Graucus as the operator company in the footer.
So far as I know, Graucus has now also stopped working with Whitelotto and Wojciech L. I am sure they must have had their own reasons. That said, Graucus may have been yet another victim of fraud - I cannot speak to that really.

Typical WL problems unfortunately. There are so many scammers outside, promise the blue out of sky. Many affiliates with traffic got trapped with promises, player base is yours bla bla. If you stop deliver traffic, because of bad times, shitty offers, bad SEO or just you looking to change backend, they F*** YOU ... u own a shit if you do not own the full operation.

Alles Gute ...
