Which country would you recommend to start a company?

Malta or another European country?
As you know, casino affiliates cannot make bank payments to all countries. What would you recommend for a country with low taxes and a banking system that accepts payments from all casino partners?

What AussieDave said rings the truest. My two cents; Malta, Estonia, Spain (Marbella), Cyprus, or Gibraltar. Malta being the easiest with the access to lawyers and companies that specialize in facilitating such, and Estonia due to e-citizenship (but requires that you're knowledgable about starting a business, to fully make use of that).

Estonia is great to build a company (been there for 3 years). Everything works online and fairly low taxes (around 20%). Malta is also great, even lower taxes if you live there (effectively around 5%), but bureucracy can be more complicated than in Estonia (really simple).
