When you're considering promoting a brand-new affiliate program, what gives you confidence to test it?

Is it experienced management, payment reputation, tracking platform, industry certifications, responsive support, something else?

Time. I don't trust new programs.
Does it make a difference to you at all - if a new affiliate program has hard-earned accreditations like AGD, GPWA, APCW, IGB, AffPapa etc?

I would like to give my answer to this most of them are bought and paid for ,it means nothing to me at all . We generally want a fee for new programs ,one site we only charge $55 a month for listings but our affiliate links are there .Within 3 months we can tell if it is going to be a worth while relationship .

A new affiliate program can have a great platform, nice branding, and all the right promises, but until you see consistent payments, honest communication, and how they handle problems, it’s still just potential. I usually look more at the people behind the program and how they act when things don’t go perfectly. Anyone can be great during the launch phase. The real test is a few months down the road.
