I thought bet365 had bad terms and conditions, especially for requirements for FTD?

2.2 Minimum Referral Requirement
All bet365 affiliates are required to refer a minimum of 5 active Customers within a three month period of joining the program. Should an affiliate not reach this requirement the affiliate account may be closed, but you will have the option to open a new affiliate account.

This has been discussed years ago, but to this day after nearly 11 years working with them, I am yet to see this clause being enforced. The previous owner of this forum Andy also had a talk with them, that if it's not gonna be enforced might as well just remove it.

Still it's there, but again I'm yet to see being applied to anyone. It might be something to worry about though.

There are many trustworthy partners out there. It's not a profitable long-term plan for operators to try and trick affiliates. Browsing through rogue lists and reading feedback from affiliates at Affiliate Guard Dog's 'Affiliate and Program issues' section will guide you.

I agree with face to face and getting paid. I work with some who are labeled as rogue who have been great and others who aren't down as rogue who screwed me. So my advice is give a few a try and whatever you do, make sure you use a few and not just 1.
