Hey guys!

I've been told that here I can get some practical and professional advice on how my site looks like and what can be improved. I'm working on the casino review site for Australian audience, this one https://pokieslab.com/ and I like most of it, however the one thing that keeps me up at night is the positioning of the blocks on the main page. Do you think the links to casino reviews should be in the top of the page above the free demo slots or it's better to keep it as it is?

On the other note, if you happen to notice anything that can be improved, your comments are much appreciated! Thanks in advance

I like the design of the site you’re working on. The menu, footer and images look good. I’d leave the links to casino reviews in the same place. However, I think it's necessary to add spaces in the text content. For example, there is no padding between list items and headings. This makes it difficult to understand. Perhaps it’d be better to make the text color a little more saturated.

I really like the slot reviews you have. They look really nice and seem to cover everything. Same with the casino reviews.
Thanks a lot for taking a look! And thanks for your feedback, I really appreciate it :)

Thanks mate!
It's always nice to have a fresh look from the outside. So now I know I need to pay more attention on the text rather than on positioning of the blocks, to make it more user friendly

Nice unique design! I always think walls of text benefit from features such as tables, so perhaps you could implement them. Wouldn't change the content too much though as you appear to have good Google search rankings and I'd always be careful about messing with that.

Why are you featuring Pokie Machines Aussies can't play online (for real cash bets)?

FYI... Aristocrat Pokies have only ever been available to Australian players at land based Aussie venues. Never, ever have Aussies been able to play them legitimately online. And, if they can, they're either Pirated, or played via a VPN, which the later will 99.999% ensure the casino will void winnings.

Why are you promoting casinos who have a track record of not paying Aussies their winnings?

Everything else is a moot point... Seems all your interested in, is joining a long line of scum bags looking to rip off Aussie Pokie players... I'm sure the ACMA will ban your site soon enough!

Which IMHO would be poetic justice ;)

I also added some aristocrat pokies because of queries.

Love the design. It's really clean and colors look nice. However, the text is quite hard to read in some places.

Hello!

I've taken a look at your casino review site, Pokieslab.com. Overall, it looks quite good, and the design is clean and user-friendly. As with any website, there are always areas for improvement. Here are some suggestions and comments:

  1. Navigation and User Experience:
    • The main menu at the top is clear and easy to navigate. It's great to have the main sections like "Casino Reviews," "Free Slots," and "Bonuses" right there.
    • Consider adding a search bar to make it easier for users to find specific content.
  2. Placement of Blocks on the Main Page:
    • The positioning of the blocks on the main page is a matter of preference and what you want to prioritize for your audience.
    • Currently, the "Featured Casino Reviews" section is prominent, which is a good way to showcase top-rated casinos. However, you may want to consider adding a "View All Reviews" button here to allow users to explore more reviews.
    • Placing the links to casino reviews above the free demo slots could be beneficial if you want to emphasize the casino reviews as the primary content. This would make it more apparent to users what the site is about.
    • Alternatively, if you want to focus more on the free demo slots, the current positioning is fine. In this case, you could consider highlighting some of the popular or latest free slots to draw users' attention.
  3. Call-to-Action (CTA):
    • Consider adding a clear and visible CTA button on the main page, encouraging users to explore the website further or guiding them to take action, such as "Play Now" for the top-rated casino, or "Explore More Reviews."
  4. SEO and Content:
    • Make sure to optimize your content for relevant keywords related to Australian online casinos and slot games. This can help improve your site's visibility in search engines and attract more organic traffic.
    • Regularly update your content and add new casino reviews and slot games to keep the site fresh and engaging for users.
  5. Mobile Responsiveness:
    • Test your website on various devices to ensure it is fully responsive and displays correctly on mobile phones and tablets.
  6. Speed Optimization:
    • Consider optimizing the site's loading speed for better user experience and search engine rankings. Compress images and leverage browser caching, among other techniques, to improve loading times.
Remember, user feedback and data analysis can provide valuable insights into how users interact with your site. Consider conducting user surveys or using analytics tools to understand user behavior and preferences better.

Overall, your site looks promising, and with some fine-tuning and attention to user experience, it can be even better. Best of luck with your casino review site!

The only thing that doesn't sit right with me is the amount of text. Maybe create some extra tabs and "hide" it there.
