One would think that setting up a terms page would be a prerequisite for opening registrations.

@JTK That’s not necessarily the case. Affiliate program registrations and the verification of official representatives are part of our internal cooperation process and aren’t directly tied to whether the Terms have already been reviewed from our side.
The Terms themselves are assessed progressively as part of our evaluation process. From our perspective, what they mainly influence is whether a program is ultimately considered “affiliate friendly” or not.
