I want to warn others about my experience with CasinOK and its affiliate program.
I have been working with CasinOK for around a year and promoted a no deposit free spins offer they provided for my visitors.
The promotion was problematic almost from the beginning. On several occasions, the bonus suddenly stopped working even though my affiliate manager, Dennis, repeatedly assured me that it would remain active and that I would be informed if anything changed.
That created a serious problem for me because I was sending visitors to CasinOK specifically based on an offer that I had been told was active. When the bonus stopped working without warning, my visitors were left with a poor experience and my websites were the ones advertising something they could no longer claim.
The final time this happened, Dennis told me that 2,143 users had used the promotional code but that CasinOK had generated 0 FTDs from it.
Those numbers clearly did not reflect the traffic I was sending. My website simply did not generate anywhere near 2,143 users for CasinOK, so the code had evidently circulated beyond my own visitors.
That is not something I had any control over. CasinOK created the promotion, controlled the bonus code, and decided how it could be redeemed. If a publicly usable promo code was shared elsewhere and that's resulting in unexpected costs, that's CasinOK's fault and their problem to deal with - not mine.
Dennis then told me:
"Your freespins costed us too much, so nevermind"
I therefore removed the no deposit offer.
However, I continued promoting CasinOK elsewhere on my websites, and I subsequently referred a depositing player.
My account generated €122 in June and €314 in July, in addition to a small amount from previous months. My total accumulated earnings were €458.
Then, on 31 July 2026, CasinOK made a manual adjustment of -€458, removing every euro of affiliate earnings from my account.
There was no explanation.
I contacted Dennis asking why the money had been deducted and requested that the €458 be reinstated.
I have now been chasing him for more than two weeks and he is not responding.
There is another issue with the statistics.
According to the CasinOK affiliate platform, I generated approximately 670 registrations during 2026. However, 596 of these supposedly occurred in May alone despite only 277 visitors being recorded that month.
Every other month shows no more than around 30 registrations.
I cannot explain how 277 visitors resulted in 596 registrations. Combined with Dennis claiming that 2,143 users had redeemed the promo code, this strongly suggests that the code was being shared and used well beyond the traffic originating from my websites.
Again, that is not something I controlled. I promoted the offer CasinOK provided to me. I had no ability to prevent third parties from copying or distributing the code, and an affiliate should be held financially responsible because a casino chose to make a promotional code redeemable by anyone who obtained it.
What concerns me most is the overall pattern:
I am posting this as a warning to other affiliates considering working with these guys.
If CasinOK reinstates the money or provides a credible explanation, I will update this thread accordingly.

- The promo code appears to have circulated far beyond the traffic I actually sent.
- CasinOK later complained that too many users had claimed the offer.
- My affiliate manager specifically told me the free spins had cost them too much.
- CasinOK then manually removed my entire €458 balance.
- No reason for the deduction was provided.
- They have ignored my attempts to resolve the issue for more than two weeks.
