Every time we need to ask for an update and if we do the affiliate manager comes with some silly excuses. First, our players were self-excluded so that's why there is no payment. After that, according to him, players were duplicated but he got no further info. The affiliate manager agrees it's a bit strange for a rev-share deal so he escalate this to his management. We are waiting for an update again but after almost 2 months and 10 times asking about an update, we gave up and wanna warn other affiliates about this program.
