The Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) has introduced new standards requiring online gaming operators to ensure monthly wagering activity statements comply with regulations, effective April 1, 2024. These standards aim to provide clear spending and loss information to players, with penalties of up to AU$11,538.60 for non-compliance, as part of efforts to enhance responsible gambling practices and reduce harm in Victoria.
