Anyone else here working with Vegas2Web?

I was chasing up overdue payments for January to March and was shocked to be told that they have increased their minimum pay-out amount for affiliate commission from $100 to $1,000!
To make it worse, when I wrote back to query this, I was told it was something Rival have imposed on them. ???

$1,000 minimum is just ridiculous in my case - I'm lucky if I make that much in a year with most Rival casinos!
If all the others followed suit I would have to dump most of them.

Anybody else had any similar problems at this or any other Rival casinos recently?

I don't promote Rival Casinos any more but I thought they were all set at $1000 min. At least for USA affiliates.

A few that were less involved with groups like Deck and Affactive.

Not at all!
The Vegas2Web affy site still says TODAY that the minimum for USA affys is $50, and non-USA is $100.

Well 2 out of the three options for USA affiliates are closed, the only available is wire.

I don't know of any programs that will send a wire for $100 but if you can get it, would be nice. $1000 min is way high

1k is just insane!

Is each and every affiliate program going crazy lately?!

I couldn't name one single program I would trust completely.

Hi Guys,

Please don't put all Rivals in one boat. It's not fair when one Rival does something, all Rivals get labeled the same. The minimum of $1000 is for wires only. Web wallets payments have a minimum of $50 at Tropica Casino. This isn't something new as it's been like this for the last 3 or 4 years.

Kind regards,
Duwayne

And if you could, there wouldn't be a Rival Casino in the top ten !

Thanks Duwayne,

That was the point I was trying to get across here.

2 out of the 3 payment methods have been closed and gone for years. So wire is the only option available and comes with a $1000 min payment :)

Thanks but no thanks

I still don't understand why this has to become a negative forum post about Rivals when this has been the case for the last few years. It's not like we have decided to change the terms and conditions and never informed you and It's not like you not going to get paid once you reach the $1000 minimum for wires.

The simple answer is that KK has earned his money and doesn't have it when he should.

Nough said?

If Vegas2Web decide to impose a minimum of $1000 on web wallets, then that is their decision, not ALL RIVALS! With Tropica, this would not be the case. If he has more than $50 due, then he would be paid as he has a web wallet as a payment option with us.

All I'm saying here is please stop putting all Rivals in one boat.

Check post #1 ,

they told KK it was imposed by Rival. So they are lying and you wonder why all Rivals are in the same boat?

Whats the truth here?

This IS the problem with Rivals - no-one knows who is pulling who's strings. Most claim to be totally independent from Rival, but then we get things like "Rival told us not to pay this player because he is a fraud", etc...

Now in the case of Vegas2Web this is a direct quote from the e-mail I was sent:
"We were recently told by Rival processing that the minimum is to be $1,000."
So who is running the casino - independent Vegas2Web management, or Rival themselves.

I do have sympathy with Tropica and the others who must get fed up with being tarred with the same brush, but until these apparent outside influences from Rival cease, it's never going to stop.

BTW, I have always been paid by Neteller at Vegas2Web in the past, with amounts down to just over $100.
I have not changed to wire payment.

I can't speak for Vegas2Web as I don't know what their agreement is with Rival. I don't know if they are a white label or standard label.

From Tropica's point of view, there is very little influence from Rival. Yes, they do our processing but the only limit they imposed was the $1000 for wire payments. As far as I know that was across all white labels a couple years ago. The cost of a wire is quite expensive and therefore these limits were imposed. It use to be $2500 minimum before and got reduced to $1000.

They also assist with risk as they have their own risk system and they would make recommendations based on their knowledge of players or affiliates across the network. It is up to the operator to make the final decision on players and affiliates.

If we had to change our payment limits, you would have been informed by us beforehand.

Enjoy the weekend guys!
