So explain to me if EWX was taken out well over month ago why are you still seizing well over half our earnings??? Define bad deposits? This player we have Allison has been in your casino for 2 yrs playing but now all the sudden her deposits are bad and your stealing my half while keeping her money and continuing to let her deposit?
Your nothing but a bunch of no good thieves if this money isn't accountant for with a quickness we are yanking every single banner and making sure we have a huge strong warning for all our players and members of Streak Gaming! We do not work with thieves! Such a shame since you brand was the one of about 3 Rivals we left on our sites. Soon we will just have to remove every single Rival brand. I guess we asked for this leaving your casino up to begin with.

So sick of Rival stealing from affiliates!

James from Pantasia told me they lost nearly 6 months in reserves ,that is why i lost nearly 97% of November earnings. this month only $15.67 was deducted.
I agree some of them don't make sense.We lost about 60% of our November commission with Regal and no deductions showing for December so far.

I have just checked my December stats. This is my situation:

Total Deposits: 5245
ANW: 751.51

Total Direct Commission: 225.45
Total Referral Commission: 0.00
Bad Deposits - No Settlement: -225.45
Grand Total Commission: 0.00

Hi Everyone,

Please let us explain the current 'bad-deposit' situation regarding eWallet.

We cannot continue to payout affiliate earnings for not received player deposits.
Same time last year we had a similiar situation with VISA and MASTERCARD and we covered a 6-digit loss and paid all affiliates the full amount.

This time we have choosed to share the loss with our affiliates which can be seen for the months of November and December for October and November respectively.Please note. If an affiliate had more bad-deposit adjustments than profit it will be carried forward.

We have not and will not have any influense what-so-ever when the processors are not paying us.

The feedback so far is very understanding responses by affiliates.

We do not suspend the players because of bad-deposits because it has nothing to do with the players only eWallet.

This should explain the current situation and if you have anymore questions please email us.

At least they are very honest about this ....most others do not. This honesty is what I like ..... but being in this bizz is risky and these things happen unfortunately and I think it is better to see them afloat then go under which is not what we want either.....
