I think this is the tip of the iceberg in my opinion - what's to stop the US DOJ going after BetUS and US facing casino operators?

Will the US DOJ apply these latest indictments to all others who take US players? It would make sense to if you think about it.

Everyone should just stop promoting .com websites, or 301 their .com's to something else. Would that stop the DOJ from seizing websites? Surely they can't just keep taking websites, it doesn't make sense? Hopefully some sort of pro-gambling legislation will come in to stop this crazy witch hunt.

"Catch me if you can" games with DOJ ? Not sure it's a right decision...

Not really a catch me if you can game, but they seem to be able to only take .com websites. If you promoted a non .com website and had general casinos on it, that might be safer? Maybe it doesn't matter after today, BCP just announced it is going out of business. Seems the whole gambling industry is completely crumbling ???

they have control over ICANN, so I think they can take any domain name...

Regarding casino operators - they need a way to process USA players payments and here is the main problem - it's illegal for USA banks to deal with anything related to offshore gambling.
