US market clarifications

Hi Guys!

I would like to launch few Casino campaigns in the US market through Paid Advertising. In essence, Lead-gen through my own Landing Page and redirecting to a Casino offer. I am NOT aware about the restrictions/regulations in this sense. Do you have any insights/information on what limitations persist if I should use my pre-lander for lead-gen offering a Casino bonus?

Hey @Kevin83 Always good to use Prelander, you can run your Casino offers with Push ads for better results, offering the bonus in Push creative text.

There are only a few states where you can operate legally as an affiliate and in those states, you need an affiliate license.
