Urgent Warning: SPINPLATINUM - Account Closure, Underpaid Commissions & Unethical Practices!
I URGENTLY PLEAD AFFILIATE GUARD DOG FOR HELP IN RECOVERING OUTSTANDING COMMISSIONS!
As an individual with many years of unblemished reputation within online casino communities, I am writing to urgently warn against the SPINPLATINUM affiliate program.
I have experienced deeply unethical and fraudulent practices from this company, which have resulted in the non-payment of my full commissions and the closure of my affiliate panel without any prior notice. My cooperation with SPINPLATINUM was based on standard affiliate partnership terms.
It commenced on 04.04 this year.
I diligently fulfilled all contractual conditions, leveraging my established position within relevant online communities.
Specifically, I represent casino groups where I have served as a moderator for many years on platforms such as Facebook and Telegram.
Through these channels, I consistently generated high-quality, direct traffic to SPINPLATINUM casino.
However, when I requested the payout of my earned commissions, I was met with an unfounded and frankly insulting accusation that the traffic I generated was "junk."
This accusation appeared completely unexpectedly, without any prior warnings or supporting evidence.
Furthermore, the affiliate manager subsequently stated that I was only paid €871.40, while €1316 remained due for April, and for May, approximately €150 was already showing in the Revenue Share model for the new billing period, which has also been lost.
On 23.05.2025, the manager unilaterally terminated my affiliate panel without any prior notice.
Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the panel and cannot log in, which prevents me from viewing current statistics.
Previously, after I sent an official email informing them of my intention to report the dispute to Affiliate Guard Dog, all traffic statistics, along with their false claims of "bad traffic," were removed from my affiliate panel, leaving only the visible amount of €871.40.
Fortunately, anticipating such dishonest practices, I possess documented conversations with the manager and all screenshots of my statistics, even from the period when my earnings were erased.
This constitutes irrefutable proof of the traffic I generated and the commissions owed to me. Moreover, my attempts to contact the manager further are being ignored – they are not responding to my messages.
I have also not received any feedback on the official email I sent.
This is not a matter of misunderstanding; SPINPLATINUM is engaging in fraudulent practices, shamelessly defrauding its partners, and avoiding contact. I appeal to the entire community to share my experience so that no one else falls victim to similar practices.
