I’m seeking advice or assistance regarding a long-standing payment issue with Lucky Fox Casino (formerly managed under Black Bear Affiliates).
We have been an active partner for Lucky Fox, but we are currently owed outstanding commissions dating back to May 2025. Since July 2025, our communication with the affiliate manager, Christian, has been entirely ignored across WhatsApp, Skype, Teams, and email.
To make matters worse:

- Lucky Fox officially closed on December 5th.
- Our affiliate account has been locked without notice, preventing us from accessing our data.
- Prior to the lockout, we noticed several prequalified players "disappear" from our dashboard.
Any help or guidance from the AGD team would be greatly appreciated.
